Always exceptional service at this Starbucks drive-through. The employees are super friendly and chatty when there is a moment and I very much appreciate the suggestion when I am not sure what it is I would like to drink for the day. Even just sitting at the pick up window, waiting for my order, you can see the smiles and hear the talking and laughing and it seems like a very nice environment to be part of.
Was having a bad day and it got worse when I got a flat tire. Parked the vehicle by this Starbucks store while waiting under the extremely hot weather. Then a wonderful Starbucks employee named Harut walked over to both the tow truck driver and myself with a cold cup of water. It is that type of humanity, compassion, and awareness that makes this world a better place. Thank you Harut. I will pay it forward and follow your great example.
