It's bright and airy, and the high ceiling makes it feel very comfortable.When I ordered online, it was very convenient. I didn't check the bag, though. I got home, and the falafel wrap was missing. I called and told them that. Miriam was very nice because I told her I was in the South Bay. She said that was fine and I could pick it up the next day! I did, and it was great.Vegetarian options: I'm not sure if they are strictly vegetarian options. However, if that's what you're looking for, you can definitely find some satisfying dishes.“
“First I want to say that the customer service was on point! I felt welcomed and heard which is a big deal. I don't eat meat - just fish and when I told the guy making my food that, he was so nice about changing his gloves and taking the precautions that made me feel comfortable. That's a big deal for me because there are places that are very rude and take offense to me addressing their cross contamination practices. Anyway for the food, my wrap was so delicious! It tasted fresh and had a lot of veggies which I appreciate. It also came with some garlic fries which I wasn't expecting and they were bomb! I got a wrap and fries for $13 bucks smh that's unheard of this day and time AND it was delicious and fresh... I will definitely be back!! Only thing I wish I had was some spicy tahini sauce to pour on my wrap, that would have been a game changer forreal.“

“Grain Café Van Nuys is creative LA California cuisine/Mexican/Central American food. They will work with you to figure out particular dietary requirements/restrictions. This branch is in a space that used to be a single family dwelling, although hasn't been used that way for decades. So you still have a homey environment to eat in. “I came in today in a full blown hunger meltdown I was welcomed and accepted by the sweetest man who pretty much held my hand through the menu and helped me pick out some things for me to scarf like an actual goblin. “This is such a cute spot, I had my reservations, as I am a neighbourhood resident and I had heard not-so-great stuff, but upon going in for my first time, I was recommended a fantastic shake, and I also got a wrap. “Wow! I have to thank my friend for turning me on to Black Rabbit Cafe. This gem is located inside Abyss Market. I frequent this store after work, so the food cafe is closed when I come here. I was off of work today, and am I glad I ordered the BLAT. Bacon, lettuce, avocado, and tomato sandwich. It was THE best sandwich I've ever had. Perfect ratio! “I wanted to try the chicken Kabob wrap, but unfortunately they had ran out. I did try the chicken breast wrap and OMG it was a long wrap. I'm not complaining it looked so good & the taste matched the appearance as well. The wrap was very delicious along with a sauce that they give you. I forgot to take a pic, but next time I'll for sure post one. As for the service the men working there were very nice & attentive. If you're hesitant to stop this is your sign to give it a try!“
“I've started a subscription order from Everytable and I pick it up at this location in Hollywood every Monday. I have to say, for the price I was very skeptical. Other meal services I've tried are twice the price. But it turns out, this place is the real deal. The food is high quality and tastes great. And the staff that I've encountered at this location have all been extremely nice and helpful.My only complaint--and it's really more of a suggestion--is that I wish they'd offer more "high protein" options, even if they have to be a little more expensive. I think they'd be a hit, especially here in LA. In the meantime, at least they do offer salmon and chicken breast a la carte to supplement any meal.Other than that, this place is practically perfect for me and my lifestyle, not to mention their mission to make affordable, quality food accessible to everyone is about as noble a pursuit as I can think of, especially in the ridiculously wealth-stratified Los Angeles area.“
“When my business partner bit into the kebeh that we ordered he made a face of delight that I’ve never seen him make before. I laughed out loud. He said, “This is the best kebeh I’ve ever had” and I said, “I can tell!” He was right. What a beautiful experience it was to dine at Sumac. This place is special. This isn’t just authentic Lebanese food, it’s curated recipes from Lebanese Mom and Grandma and Great Grandma, or at least that’s what I imagined. I’m already craving more Babaganoush topped with pomegranate seeds. The chicken shawarma sandwich was fresh and tender and delicious. The owner Eli and staff are lovely and welcoming. I can’t wait to try other items on the menu in the future. Today I just wanted my favorite Lebanese comfort food items and I succeeded in getting them. “Delicious food, but…(and this may be because I’m from Texas where everything is bigger) … but the size of a single skewer of Koobideh for around $20 was questionable at best. Granted, it’s LA and things are just more expensive these days, but Shrinkflation Kabab isn’t quite in line with the Iranian culture of true hospitality IMO.Make the skewers thicker and charge more if you have to! The flavor is great! It’s juicy! Give us more! We will pay more for it!That said, a single skewer of top quality Koobideh meal in Houston is around $16 and it would run circles around any kabab in California. That does make me biased because Houston has the best Persian food in the western hemisphere, but that doesn’t mean any Koobideh should be that small. 4 hours later and it feels like we didn’t have lunch despite spending $50 on two skewers of Koobideh.Good service, good atmosphere, but the food quality needs to be stepped up to be competitive and worthy of high commendation, especially for someone visiting from Houston.So far, Houston 1 - 0 LA“

“I was shopping all day and was famished. I wanted to keep shopping so I decided to get something that I could walk around with. All over the Hollywood shopping complex, there were pictures of these taquitos in a cup with guacamole so I had to check them out.I went over Tacos Neza which is tucked in the corner of the mall. It was closing time but the staff was super nice and still served me. I told them I wanted to walk and eat and they said this taquito dish would be good for me.Even though the place was closing people were still coming to enjoy the food and ambiance. I walked throughout the shops with my taquitos which were a little too crunchy for my taste but still good and the guacamole was delicious. I will definitely be back here next time I'm shopping. I was in the mood for a Lule Kabob so got the #16 combo (chicken and Beef) and the Falafel special which came w 2 falafel, lettuce and tahini (peep the pic) If you are a light eater (like myself) this is enough for 2 portions! If you’re looking for a whole variety of healthy alternatives CCC is the place to go. I recently ordered from the catering menu at the Westwood store and they have the best combinations of delicious wraps, rotisserie chicken and the best side dishes ( that broccoli pasta y the roasted potatoes are so delicious) for a job meeting and everyone raved about the food. Finally I’d like to comment about the SERVICE. They are always friendly and willing to make you entire satisfied! The place is always immaculate clean!
