“I lost my voice so I had to pull up to the window and give them a written order and they were so very kind! The guy at the window took the time to print out the order for me before charging me to make sure that everything was correct and even asked me simple yes or no questions so I wouldn't have to further hurt my voice. Very considerate and the food was really good.“
“I have been living in San Marcos for over 30 years and have been to EVERY CarlsJr in North county. hey all have messed up once in awhile but have ALWAYS tried to make it right.!!! The MANAGER of the Vista CJs impresses me more than ANY other manager in every one of this chain of restaurants. I say this because it is why I will come to this restaurant even though it is is farther from my home. it is always Clean . tables wiped off faster even when busy than ANY of all of them. the restrooms are clean and well stocked and if not some immediately sees that they are taken care of (restocking needed supplies). Pleasant music adds to the calming feeling I have when I get the chance to eat in. Some stores make it impossible to enjoy dining in because old ice making equipment makes EXTREMELY loud banging noise almost constantly. THIS place NEVER does THAT!!!I know how well I am treated but notice how well they treat EVERYONE..even the troubled souls who have struggles getting by everyday. I say this especially because not all of them do!!!I am an elderly person who often finds it very hard to understand what is being said because of the quick way employees who speak English as a second language speak BUT never have that problem !!!!I credit ALL of this positive feedback to the person responsible BRISEYDA.!SHE IS THE REAL DEAL. If Carls doesn't appr her as much as they should they are not recognizing the rare qualities she has. Her staff reflect her attention to customer needs, and what she wants the image of CarlsJr to be based on its founder. There is NO job she doesn't do to keep the place running as well as it does. I have NEVER written a positive review about my experiences in restaurants before. But I had to do it today because it is so rarely happens, ESPECIALLY in other CARLSJrs. The area manager for the nor county stores can contact me for me details and I beg you to take notice of the positive image she represents (also if there is a recognition award SHE DESERVES IT!) And, oh by the way, how many stores remember what I always order --even before I ask hem to make my breakfast burritos the way I want them..maybe because they are my favorite breakfast items of all this or any other restaurant chains. I would also like to mention the cook who works the morning shift most often and Claudia, who is also here most often the mornings I come in. These three people make MY DAY!!“
