If you're a returning costumer and want to try something new I recommend the surf and turf fries they're so crispy and the best I've tried. There's plenty of protein in every serving. It definitely feels like I'm having a home cooked meal every time I eat here. The customer service is great, I'm always greeted with a smile and welcoming employees. It's very family friendly and there's an option for everyone even the littles. Definitely recommend Meche's fish tacos.“

“I experienced this food truck while I was at the Belching Beaver Brewery in Oceanside. The food was excellent. The wait time was reasonable for the amount of food we ordered. I tried the Jalapeno Chipotle Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich and it was EXCELLENT. Great reviews from my family on the Bacon and original sandwiches as well as the lobster Mac and cheese.... “I never knew this food truck was here and I decided to give it a try. Its really good I wasn't expecting them to be this good. I got adobada, asada and cabeza. I highly recommend to come eat here. They have a lot morw things like quesadillas, mulitas, burritos, carne asada fries etc. The horchata is good as well. Service was good, it was pretty busy when I came so you might have to wait a bit, but even then they were quick with the tacos.“
“I went there today on a recommendation from an IG post and I was a bit skeptical because so far all Cuban restaurants in San Diego are below average. This place is small and has no tables to eat inside but there’s a huge outside eating area. Being Cuban myself I was hoping to have a good experience and to be honest it was a VERY good experience. I ordered a Cuban Sandwich and I must say that it’s the best Cuban sandwich I’ve had in all of California. I also tasted their black beans and rice and they were delicious. The gentleman running the place was Cuban so we exchanged conversation and he was very nice. My food was on time and nice and hot. I’m planning on returning and trying a few more dishes and see if it will be as good as my first experience, I would recommend this place over Havana Grill or Havana Kitchen,. “Stopped at this food truck on our way home for a late lunch. My son ordered the 3 Quesabirria Tacos while I ordered the Loaded Fries with Adobada; all to go. The customer service was friendly, their recommendation to order the fries with adobada was welcome, their prices were reasonable, and the food finished quickly. I tried the quesabirria tacos, they were very tasty, and the consumée was nice. My son loved it. The Adobada was DELICIOUS! I'll go back there again for anything with that in it. My only mild complaint is that I asked for crispy fries and they weren't especially crispy, but that won't stop us from eating there again.“

“We were in the area and decided to find a good spot for Mexican food. We tried their carne asada fries, surf n turf burrito, fish and carnitas tacos and horchata. Carnitas tacos was excellent and pork was flavorful. Surf n Turf burrito is full of flavor and good amount of meat and shrimp. Family enjoyed fish taco and CA fries. Had better horchata elsewhere. If you’re in the area, definitely worth trying. We came before dinner crowd and the place was empty, ambience was very clean and inviting, good music and ample parking. “I had a fairly good lunch at Berta's and Osuna's Nicaraguan and Latin American food truck. I ordered the combination platter which included pork chunks, sweet fried plantains, fried cheese, and rice and beans. Good large portions most of which was excellent but the pork was a little too dry and hard. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I thought the food was pricey for a food truck but was good and plentiful. I don't know how you find their current location as they serve at different locations and their posted address is their business (not Food Truck) address.“
“Delicious hot dogs served every kind of way! Our first time here. We stopped along Mission because we had noticed this new offering of food trucks. We had the house glizzy and the hot Cheetos. “Swiss Grill is Back! After a health issue these guys are back and better than ever! Their chicken is AMAZING but I was also BLOWN AWAY with their ribs. You know you are eating great ribs when nobody is asking for sauce. They are so good they don't need sauce! I caught them at Vista's Saturday market, but they also go to other venues, I also caught up with them at Lawrence welk resort in Escondido on a Monday after they sold out on Saturday in Vista!“

Fairly priced for what you get and woodfired pizza just tastes so damn good.I ordered the Pink Lady and it did not disappoint! Comes with their signature red sauce, bacon, pepperoni, mushrooms, and spinach. Highly recommend you try the spicy ranch to dip your pizza in - it's not too spicy and most people will be able to handle it.The staff is very friendly and service is on point. The wait isn't too bad, probably waited 15 minutes even when the line was packed.Definitely going to come back to try the other pies.“

“Shaved ice is good. Place very well decorated. Worker is awesome. My one complaint is on the manager or whomever does their employees schedule. Visiting Carlsbad for new years. I visited this establishment a day or two before new years and there was only one worker during peak hours. There were at least 15 customers in the establishment vs. One worker. I felt so bad for her. Wife and I decided to go back new years days and again there were multiple families vs one worker during peak hours. Place is awesome. Needs more workers.“

Madison was always responsive to any questions I had while I was interviewing different caterers. Our guest enjoyed the poke chips, lamb lollipops and caprese salad on crostini as appetizers. Salmon, steak and chicken as entrees. The food was a total hit. 100% of our guests told me how much they enjoyed the food.The staff at our event included Derek as chef, Yannick as bartender and Joey and Ken as servers.
