“I was here last Sunday and got the rack of lamb and a glass of wine. The lamb was overcooked, the vegis were raw, and the garlic mashed potatoes were absolutely awful(no flavor, no substance like instant box potatoes). I didnt hate my meal and I'd love to come back, but for the price point I'd like a better attention to quality. I dinged down the atmosphere because a plastic tent is kind of a turnoff. The server that night was spectacular.“
“As a vegetarian, I gravitated toward ordering the falafel bowl. It was a delicious combination of texture and wonderful sauces! The biggest issue I have with falafels is they are often overcooked and very dry. Nick the Greek does a great job mitigating this issue with delicious and tangy sauces. The rice was also cooked well, good portions, and a nice mix of greens. I didn't feel weighed down after eating this bowl. This is a great place for a quick casual lunch, especially if you're on the go! I am looking forward to my next falafel bowl.“
“We've come to Opa for years. The food has always been delicious and authentic, generous portions and super fresh ingredients and super friendly and welcoming staff. The sangria is so good. One of our favorite spots in Walnut Creek!Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly and welcoming to families“
“An Amtrak layover for me. First time in this city. A lady at the Chamber of Commerce recommended it to me. Walking distance from the train station. I had the large Gyros. The meat was seasoned wonderfully. Yet, that beautiful meat taste was overcome by excessive lettuce. Thereby, not having as much meat as other places. When I go back I will take off the majority of the lettuce, but I still take issue with the lack of a good quantity of meat. The first picture is after I cut it in half. Another patron had the Greek fries which looked wonderful. I will go back and try them with another dish, but as far as the Gyros, not enough meat for the price. But let me state clearly...what meat was present was absolutely wonderfully tasty.“
“I consider myself lucky to have been a patron of this place for past 5+ years, and can't say enough about how amazing The Mediterranean is, from top to bottom. Always friendly and attentive service, food is hot, fresh, and made to order every visit. Even at its busiest, the tables are clean and comfortable. One of the best places to eat in Concord, and I always look forward to my next visit.“
“I tried this restaurants for the first time yesterday March/24/2024, staff are sweet and nice, Service are great, atmosphere are cool, the Koubideh Kebob was absolutely AMAZING.The only thing that I wasn't a big fan of was the Appetizers "Combination Platter" was overpriced and didn't taste as good.“
“This place is good! The service is quick, and the food is delicious, fresh and healthy.Pros: Nice staff, and you don’t have to wait a while to get your food if you dine-inFood is deliciousCons: Prices are reasonable besides the pita bread, like it’s $8 for pita and hummusGreat place, recommend“
“This was the first time I tried the chicken souvlaki plate and it's now my favorite dish. I typically go for the beef/lamb gyro pita but this is my now go to! The ambience was welcoming and the staff was friendly. Everything was clean and packaged nicely. Will be coming back in the future!!“
“My classmates and I decided to come here for lunch. I'm not from the area so this was my first time. It's located in the Veranda shopping center. Very nice center with plenty of shopping and good eats. I love that there is an option for ordering ahead.I ordered the beef/lamb gyro bowl and it was delicious!I definitely would return again to try new things!“
“Really cute vibes here. Definitely a place to visit with a group of girlfriends if you can afford it. It's pricey. The food was very good. Light, healthy, and artfully presented. They even have a flaming cheese dish! The portions are delicate. Great for me cause I'm not a big eater, but if you're looking for value... you're not going to leave with a lot left in your pocket. This is a special occasion spot.“
