“Stopped in and got some of the Dave chicken bites. The medium and the hot boy are the hot ones. You can smell like when it comes to the table how hot it is. The spice is just oozing off of it. I got a side of cheese for the fries and only a couple of the cheese sauce. The chicken is hot and fresh and super spicy with lots of flavor. The pickles are a really good addition the cheese with the fries is super tasty. If you’re not into season on your french fries seasoning, not salt the Dave sauce kinda taste like a Chick-fil-A not a ranch they clean restroom. Lots of parking. Everyone was really nice 10 out of 10. Recommend this location. They also have baby ice and you get to fill up your own drink. They have no drive-through..”

“Been to this place three times, I always got food to go.
The first time I tried their Pho with flank and brisket. It was good, but I always prefer something that hits a little bit more.
Second time I decided to try the one with charbroiled beef and it was a game changer. I ordered it two days in a row cause it's absolutely delicious. The beef is very well marinated and tasted lightly sweet and smoky, I love to eat it even by itself.
I'll be coming back for sure.”

She told me Dr. Ramirez would make sure I didn’t feel any pain. I ended up having to have 2 teeth extracted and with no pain at all. I have a new Dental office! Great job ladies 😁”

“El Pilon Market is such a gem in our community. The food is always delicious—I’ve tried quite a bit of the menu and have never once been disappointed. The staff is amazing, greeting you the moment you walk in. Even when they’re busy, they acknowledge you and let you know they’ll be right with you, which is rare these days and so appreciated.

This week I had an experience that really showed me what kind of place this is. I lost my wallet on Tuesday, and when I came back on Friday to retrace my steps, they had kept it safe for me the entire time. Someone had kindly turned it in (including my cash), and the staff made sure it was taken care of until I returned. That kind of honesty and care is priceless, and I can’t express my gratitude enough.

The owner is phenomenal as well—kind, approachable, and genuinely invested in both the business and the community. Between the amazing food, the welcoming staff, and the integrity they show, I couldn’t be more thankful to have El Pilon Market here.

“I was going to Denny's to eat and learned they didn’t have a her and were closing early. So I looked around the shopping center for a beautiful restaurant to enjoy and learned about West Covina Thai Cuisine. I walked in, was greeted with a warm, loving smile, and offered to sit wherever I felt comfortable and offered something to drink. I sat down, ordered a delicious Thai tea, and looked over the menu.

New educated me on the menu and offered me an appetizer that was so good. I was waiting for my guest to start for a meeting over dinner, and once they arrived, we ordered dinner and more drinks. This restaurant gets an A+ for comfort, food quality, presentation, and overall restaurant cleanliness. I can’t wait to invite more friends to dinner here. The prices were perfect.”

I would come here, to have my lunch. The meals were well-made, and delicious, at the same time. During my visits, there was ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy my lunch meals. The tables, and the place overall, was neat and well maintained. Furthermore, the staff members were courteous, and helpful. Of course, I cannot forget to mention that prices, too, were not on the expensive side. So, if anyone enjoys burger meals, and is visiting West Covina, I would recommend a visit to this establishment. The prices, and delicious meals, themselves, are worth the visit.”

The Bibimbap was a colorful medley of textures; the fresh vegetables and perfectly cooked rice harmonized beautifully with the delectable sauce. The Galbi beef was succulent and bursting with flavor, and you could tell it had been marinated with care. The seafood tofu was simply outstanding—rich, creamy, and generously packed with fresh seafood, making it a highlight of my meal.

What really struck me was the freshness of the ingredients. Everything tasted sumptuous and made with love, which is becoming a rarity in today's fast-paced dining environment. “ok I was craving Cali rolls but my usual spot wasn't taking orders at the time on Uber eats. so I looked for another spot. I settled on this one because they had some good deals going plus the Cali rolls looked really tasty in the pic lol. I got 2 orders Cali rolls and a yellowtail roll. I also asked for teriyaki or eel sauce on side . everything was fresh and when I say the avocado and meat melted in my mouth .. it was so amazing . I will definitely be ordering again and trying some other rolls my fave. yellow tal isn't my favorite for sushi but I'm glad I tried it and it was very fresh .
