Troi oi. My mom told me about this place months ago, but the plaza was always kind of barren and I never stopped by. This place is a hidden gem - a hole in the wall to the core. Their bun tuoi is the PERFECT noodle for bun bo hue. I am never using the dried packaged ones again!! Never!!I also got their banh canh noodles.
