“I used Pin Up Cakes for my wedding and loved how my cake turned out! Everything was done online and was super easy. I sent them inspiration pictures of what I wanted and for how many people. I wanted a smaller cake for just me, my husband and our wedding party as we were doing sheet cake for the guests. After sending the pictures, they gave me different options and broke it down by how much each would cost. I loved that they did that!Since I wanted a 2 tier cake, but it was only for 12 people, they gave me the option to make the top tier out of styrofoam to cut costs! They also gave me options on if I wanted them to make flowers out of fondant, or I could bring them flowers and they would put it on, or I could have my florist do it at the venue. This also helped cut cost.I ended up with a strawberry cake with chocolate frosting and it was so delicious! I’m not a big fondant person so I was worried I wasn’t going to like that part, but it was honestly so thin and not super sweet which I was very happy about.“
“90% of my supplies come from this family owned business. I've never had a bad experience here. They have an insane amount of specialty boxes that you can't find anywhere else in person . The selection of molds and cookies cutters is one of the biggest I've seen in person . You'll find molds you didn't even think you needed, including trending and popular characters, teams, etc. Also the only place (in person) that I know that sellsLayons, and lots of them ! I moved farther out but will take the drive because I know they always have what I need.“

“I made an order for a birthday cake online thinking that would be for same day pickup. As I received a confirmation email couldn't help but notice if was for next day pick up. Called the store and a very friendly girl answered and after I give her my long short story she ask to go in and they'll be able to help. Long story short lol they did and I thank her so much for not making this complicated or giving me a hard time for not paying attention when ordering online (lol). “Visited Porto’s Bakery for the first time when in West Covina (reside in Washington). We went on Easter morning expecting it to be super busy. To our luck it was busy, but no line! We got there at 10am and it was raining so we lucked out. They had several staff drying the floor and directing traffic to enserie everyone’s safety avoiding slips. They have an amazing system in place to get customers to the right counter. Everything we tried was fresh and super tasty. We tried the Potato Balls, Cheese Rolls, Refugiado, Chicken Empanada, Torrejas, breakfast croissants, Pork Tamales and a few other pastries along with lattes, guava lemonade & hot chocolate. We went all out! There was not one item that we bought that was bad or that we wouldn’t buy again. I was able to buy several items to bring back home. So we had a wonderful breakfast there and had several pastries and goodies to bring home.“

All very delicious!Parking: The parking structure is behind Portos and it's good for 2hr parking as long as you're a customer.“
“The best mexican pan dulce around town. I'm pretty particular about the flavors and texture of mexican bread. This place has got it down packed!! And the prices are lower than most bakeries in the area. A true gem I went home and made some mexican hot chocolate with my favorite- chocolate Rey Amargo, and the pairing was excellent. So glad I found this place.“
