“I've never had mazemen before and I would 100% have it again. I had the cheese mazemen and honestly, I felt like that food critic from Ratatouille. I was felt at home from the first bite and by the end of the second one, I was in bliss. I felt like I was transported back to another ramen place I've visited a few years ago where they made the ramen fresh. I wanted the full experience, so I took an allergy pill beforehand so I could try the mazemen and it was worth it. I would totally suffer palpitations again!“

“The vegan options aren't just plentiful but they also taste amazing. Blends of savory and sweet, crunchy and smooth. The service is also fantastic; they frequently bring out little extras to taste which is a lovely way to expand our palates. It is frequently very busy so show up early if you're not getting that out. Also, the kitchen extractor fans are insufficient; your clothes will smell like fried oil after dining in.Vegetarian options: The vegan Inferno Roll is my favorite but all of their vegan options are amazing. The vegan Hellfire ramen isn't really all that spicy if you have a high spice tolerance.“

“Small, husband & wife shop. Beef and Chicken Teriyaki Bento - came with salad, 4pc California rolls, 2pc egg rolls, and rice. Heavy packed with the rice and meats. Tasted actually pretty scrumptious. Only minor complaint would be the beef was tuff.“

“Visiting from out of town and came across this cute ramen spot. The owner was so, so nice, as was the rest of his staff! I got the Black Ramen combo with the Spicy Tuna with Crispy Rice. My husband got the Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen combo with the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice as well. Both ramen were great! Deeply savory broths and the chasu pork was so tender and flavorful! They also put a generous amount of spicy tuna on the crispy rice, which was a tasty appetizer. This is a perfect dinner on a chilly evening. They have GREAT ramen, the happy hour deal appetizers are excellent, their Thai tea is awesome, beers are nice and cold, and their sushi is fresh and very tasty. “Stopped by on Saturday noon, but restaurant was not crowded at all. Had a tonkotsu spicy miso ramen. As a ramen lover, the food was OK. I like the soup base and topping but the noodle seems overcooked or maybe it's just the noodle that was mushy and soggy. Tables were unstable, not just one, and I hope that could be fixed.“

“I cannot emphasize enough how exceptional the service was for me. The waiter had very helpful answers to my questions (about portion size) on what I should order.I ordered the half green onion, half garlic bossam for $42. I love the garlic sauce here—it's a sweet minced garlic paste that masks any gaminess in the pork. The green onion sauce was more of just a gochujang sauce that had shredded green onion on top. Not my favorite but that's just my personal preference.I didn't think I was waiting particularly long for my food at all. Maybe just 5-10 minutes into placing my order, the waiter came by to let me know my dish would be coming out kind of slow because they were making a fresh batch of the pork. They offered some refreshments on the house and refilled my banchan without me needing to ask. AND THEN they came around like another 5-10 minutes later to offer a plate of freshly fried gyoza for the "inconvenience." I really didn't think the wait was unreasonably long at all, but their dedication to good service brings me to tears. ? ?Parking: The plaza has a large parking lot, but it fills up quickly when busy. The road is also a little narrow, so be cautious and watch out for other cars and pedastrians (as you should anyway).“

“This was our first time here and it was so good. We had the chicken gyoza (nice and crispy with a good amount of filling), creamy shrimp roll (my favorite), baked scallop roll (scallops were really well-cooked), and the adult roll (tasty, but could have used a tiny bit of sauce). We also had blue fin tuna maki and they put a lot of fish in it, and it was very fresh. The sushi was nicely rolled so it didn’t fall apart when you picked it up. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was sweet and professional. Will definitely be coming back.“

“I've come here many times for the Poki, but recently tried the ramen and was not disappointed! Both the regular tonkotsu and the miso tonkotsu have bouncy noodles and a rich, satisfying broth. And a generous serving of pork, which I enjoyed immensely. The interior is very a straightforward design, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They were great at answering all of my ramen topping questions, lol! Will be back for more.“

“Can't you tell by all the pictures of the food, it's one of our new local favorites. Gf loves the broth for the shrimp tempura and I enjoy the rich depth of umami of the tonkotsu ramen with that tender fatty pork where the fat just melts in your mouth.Gf even said we must really like this place to come back pretty much three weeks in a row lol. Service is decent since they're only about two wait staff managing the entire 10+ indoor tables. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating the times we've went which should be packed in most cases. The only bad part is the extremely limited parking situation. There is chained off parking, but you'll have to have a +1 or ask the wait staff to come lift the chain for you so good luck! But definitely worth a try while it's still a hidden gem.“

“Food was really good. Had shoyu ramen, it tasted light but flavorful. The portion was very big. I have had better ramen, better egg, better mushrooms, but for the price you get a nice portion so that's why I give this 5 stars because I would come back again. The chasu also tasted very unique.“

Our server Madison was sweet, knowledgeable and provided service excellence. Madison gave us space to enjoy our meal, but was right there when we needed anything. “One of the best sushi restaurants I've tried hands down. First the ambience gives you calm and chill Tokyo vibes. Soft lighting and ample room. I went here on a first date after a long wait at Chubby Cattle KBBQ. After signing in at about 8:30pm on a Friday night we were seated no less than 20 minutes later. We were at the bar (which I prefer to watch the sushi chef at work) and he was very entertaining and had an amazing conversation as well. Now to the food, the appetizers were 7/10 as we ordered the mixed tempura, which was good but not anything to brag about, the crab cakes were lackluster and the baked green mussels were the standout but maybe because of the sauce. Now the rolls were a 9/10, my favorites being the truffle hunter which is topped with razor thin sliced raw onion giving it a cut between the earthiness of the truffle oil and also the red dragon roll which was amazing with tuna and garnished with fire and raw garlic. The Cajun roll was surprisingly good. It has the after taste of Tams fries seasoning. The Jessica albacore was fresh, spicy and well balanced it was a specialty roll. Also if you buy 4 rolls of the regular sushi menu(specialty rolls not included) you get 50% off the sushi rolls. We also ordered the Baked Scallop roll, which wasn't bad at all. It was just a generic version of the roll. Thats the only reason they got a 9/10 on the sushi. The pricing was not bad at all. Very worth the price. The customer service. Was stellar. I just noticed I forgot they had ramen. I'll be updating once I've had it.“

“Pleasantly surprised by this place! It's located inside Mainplace Mall and the food is reasonably priced, authentic and pretty tasty! The XLBs and jianbing are both great, but the noodle soups are just okay. Then again, it's probably hard to really nail the flavor profile of such complex soups for a small fast food concept store.
