Mi Chola? What a cool name! Where my Lowrider?! We came in on a whim and I wish I would have had a chance to peruse the menu beforehand. I wanted a prickly pear margarita but they were out of the syrup! Bummer. Mr. G had some Posole and wow! Like a 10 on the super spicy meter. Won't be getting that again. Service was friendly by our waiter except for the greeter who gave us our menus. She needs some training or change of jobs. No hello? No smile? No eye contact? I'm so tired of restaurants placing the grumpiest person at the entrance to greet your guests. She just threw the menus on the table and walked away. The queso and elote that our neighbor had looked yummy so I wish we would have ordered that instead. Another downer? A local drunk at the bar yelling the F word? Ugh seriously? Overall a fun stop for a quick drinkie despite the mishaps!

Foods pretty mediocre. The shrimp ceviche is a bunch of semi chopped vegetables and shrimp sliced in half. Not sure how that's ceviche. The calamari was half fried onions and artichokes. Main courses were ok. If it was half the price it would be ok but being in Aspen and paying premium prices... Look

Excellent food and drinks with a good atmosphere. I had slipped on some ice while walking over and asked staff for a bandage for a small cut on my hand, and they went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of. Great service!

I make it a point to eat here when in Aspen. The food is great! The carnitas and carne are cooked correctly and taste very authentic.
A nice option in the heart of Aspen with a Tex/Mex menu. By Aspen standards quite reasonably priced, large bar and dining area and friendly knowledgeable staff. One of the largest tequila menus I have ever experienced.
Great food.Sat at bar and bar area. Not in dining room.Dining has plenty of space, same in bar.Mussels are favorite.Will come back often to try more of the menu.

Not a great experience.• Tasteless food (maybe ask for a dish recommendation)• TERRIBLE service***edited review as I do not have receipt, and owner seems to care and addressed concerns with service. Overall, the issue was the service, NOT the price, nor the food. If the food was okay but server was kind I wouldn’t leave a bad review. Servers have off days but my group and I feel there wasn’t an attempt to be courteous.People go out to eat not only for the food but for a nice time and good experience… this was a disappointment. If server was kind I would overlook where it could’ve been better in other areas.
