My favorite place to dine in Aspen! We enjoyed a beautiful spread of savory crepes, fondue, french rosé and handcrafted delicious cocktails. The vibe is cozy and European.

The French Alpine Bistro always exceeds our expectations with its gorgeous, delicious cuisine served in a charming atmosphere. We enjoyed the fantastic foie gras, the Salade Paysanne, the Salade de Chèvre Chaud, the Saffron Sea Scallops, the Thai green curry Nirvana Crêpe, the Schokoladepalatschinke (chocolate, dulce de leche, banana and strawberry crêpe) and a lovely, crisp bottle of French Bourgogne Aligoté.
