We came to Van Leeuwen's on a Saturday early afternoon. They offered a two-scoop Yelp Event for me but of course I had to bring the family too 'cuz ice cream is life! lol It's in a really cute shopping center and cute outdoor seating. Came here for a yelp event and am so glad I did. How did I not know about this amazing spot. Such a sweet treat to have after a long week or stressful workday. They have many options and even have some gluten free/vegan choices! The Honeycomb and brownie was to die for. I loved how they had such unique flavors! Oh my goodness -- this was honestly the best vegan ice cream I have ever had (and I have tried A LOT.) I'd never had Van Leeuwen ice cream but I've seen it sold in stores so I'm glad we got an actual one of the shops in Boulder!! The ice cream is unbelievably creamy and all the flavors I tasted were AMAZING!
