“Best sushi in Colorado, hands down. Not tiny pieces of fish on large pieces of rice. Creative rolls, specials all the time. Hospitality that's great. Sadly though, more people are finding out how awesome this place is, which is wonderful, just means reservations may be needed, but ensures they keep doing what they're very very good at.Agedashi Tofu is phenomenal, comes with a healthy shaving of Bonito.Anything with the berry jalapeño is also a balanced but tasty roll or taco...Oh and fresh Sea Snail, was pretty flavorful. The O-toro is really high quality and it's O-toro. Not like chu-toro or Akami that some others try passing off of something is clearly not.“
“Great food and service! Love the robot as soon as you walk in. Staff was super friendly and food was out promptly. Tons of lunch specials and resonibly priced.Picked this random spot because they have both sushi and chinese, think our family found its new spot. Also letting my son feed the fish was the icing on the cake as we left.10/10 will come back“
“Our first visit here, the servers and staff were super friendly and very attentive. We're were, sat and with a drink in hand literally like 5-7 minutes of coming in. The food here was very very good. We have had no luck finding a good local Asian restaurant and this place really surprised us. The sushi was very fresh and made to perfection with the rice to seafood proportions. The food was seasoned really well and the servings are pretty descent. We asked the waitress for some suggestions and she was on point with the recommendations. The restaurant is not that big so depending on the time you come in, you might be sitting fairly close to the table next door. For a local joint in a small town, this place is worth the try. We will be going back.“
“This is hands down my fav sushi place in Colorado and so happy it's in my backyard! I've been coming here for 8 years. The owner is always welcoming her customers with a smile irregardless of how busy she is. Brighton Roll is my fav.“
