“Our experience was nothing less than perfect. The atmosphere, the leisurely pace between courses, our server Austin, and the culinary journey through Thailand were all that we could have asked for and more. We left completely full....not only of food but also full of memories that we will cherish for years to come. Thank you!“
“Cool cyberpunk anime bar with solid Japanese food. I tried the Yuzu infused sake and had to order another. It was a great mix without being overwhelming with citrus. The service was quick but the bar was small and packed to the brim. Friendly patrons, great drinks, and a solid selection of rice bowls if you're feeling hungry. I'll be returning to try out more of their menu!“
“Summa has a unique and very tasty menu that never disappoints! Plus they have a great selection of local micro brews and other standards, like Guinness on tap. Summa also hosts the local Notre Dame Southern Colorado Alumni Club for all the games which are always a lot of fun.“
“Great atmosphere as well as the service. Good drinks and delicious food. The Korean FF were very good topped with bulgogi meat. The Big Island poke was ok just a bit on the bland side. Needs a little more kick to it. Overall great place for Asian dishes. Be prepared to be circling around for parking.“
“Emily was so great! The owner was actually here and he was so friendly and helpful! Def suggest going here it’s a hidden gem! Gives off French quarter vibes the ambience is perfectly dim lit and such a vibe! Try out the espresso martini if Emily is in :)“
“A wonderful location and family running this little bistro/catering establishment. This little restaurant is pretty disarming for a reviewer. The moment you enter the establishment you realize it is an intimate family affair. The husband appears to run the front of the house and his wife (Susanna) creates in the kitchen. They are very sweet, endearing and the service was top notch from beginning to end. Their pricing is very surprising for what you receive, making this easily one of the the best bangs for your buck in all of downtown. The atmosphere is light and airy, the music was playing at the perfect volume and it was comfortable inside on a cold winter evening. My only minor critique would be it is the lighting is a little too bright with all the white walls and ceilings. Some amount of dimming would add a helping of warmth that would simply close the deal on their dining space.Their cocktail menu is better curated than many places downtown and as discussed above their pricing is amazing (not to mention their happy hour specials). You are getting crafty cocktails for nearly 30% less than you would at dozens of other places downtown. The two traditional old fashions we ordered were excellent, while the Mezcal based old fashioned, orange blossom martini and daiquiri were each a little overdone. Going a little overboard with the Mezcal made the Mexican themed old fashioned overly smoky, the orange blossom martini had a smidge too much vermouth and the daiquiri was overly sweet due to a touch too much syrup.Onto the meal. For me, the highlight was our appetizer. We ordered the Caprese salad with the charcuterie supplemental for 2 people. The Caprese was incredible, the use of blood orange infused olive oil is a stroke of genius. The charcuterie selection was also excellent with a generous Burrata, multiple meats, cheese, olives and fruit. This came out with bread rolls and naan along with some herbed butter, hummus and more olives. With two things changed this could have been one of the best charcuterie boards I’ve ever had. First the Burrata was served cold. While I prefer a warm Burrata, even room temp is acceptable, but when cold it really impacts the depth of its flavor. The second was related to the bread/crackers served with the board. It appeared we were given, what all patron’s receive as complimentary, which is a basket of dinner rolls and few pieces of naan. While these accompany the hummus (which was clearly homemade and amazing) and herbed butter it didn’t really support the charcuterie offerings all that well. A few Crostini, gourmet crackers or simply grilled sliced bread with a little olive oil would have made a huge difference when consuming the meats, cheeses and accoutrements on the board.Next entrees. My wife had the fettuccine Bolognese and it was excellent all around and the dollop of ricotta was a nice touch. I had the evening special, which was Steak Au Poivre with three gulf shrimp. I ordered the steak medium and it came out as a pretty thin cut of tenderloin, which was a bit of a surprise as opposed to the more traditional 1" medallion. I think the consequence of this was it was cooked closer to medium well, but it was still very tender. The sauce was what unfortunately hurt this dish. The brandy or Cognac used in the sauce was not completely cooked off, so I ended up with an alcohol taste off the back end of each bite. The dill coated gulf shrimp, mashed potatoes and asparagus were prepared perfectly. And finally dessert. They have many tempting options, but the waffle with peanut butter ice cream ended up being amazing and a great one to split.I’m nitpicking a little in this review, but it was a continuous theme from our first of what will be many experiences here and they are inches away from excellence in executing all aspects of their menu. With a little fine tuning, there is no reason they shouldn’t be a fixture downtown for years to come. Support small business!“
“If I could give more stars I would. The atmosphere if fantastic. The bourbon is better. The service is like no other place I’ve ever experienced. The manager Kolby(not sure on spelling) was unbelievable. I’m from AZ but wish I was from here so I could come all the time!!!“
“A hidden gem downtown Colorado Springs.. If you have not gone by yet you are missing out! Employees are ALWAYS so sweet(especially Susan), unique cocktails with many options for people who want N/A or mocktail options and a DJ on the weekends so you have a place to dance! I absolutely love bloom!“
“My husband and I had dinner here the night we got married and it was an absolutely amazing experience! All of the staff were lovely along with the food. They gave us menus that said “Congratulations!” and a fresh rose as well. Best steak I’ve ever had! Will 1000% be going back and recommending to everyone I know :)“
“A fun spot to go with a group who with different preferences. Coati has a handful of different vendors you can pick from that offer an array of cuisines ranging from Korean to American fare. My pick was the vendor Anju and I was pretty satisfied with my selection. Because of the many options you have inside the food hall long lines aren't common, even during prime dinner time. The Bibim Bowl spoke to me and it also answered. This dish has great flavor from beef bulgogi and a decent amount of heat from the spicy sprouts. However, I was also intrigued by some of their other options like the Bulgogi fries and fried dumplings. I see a round two at Anju in my near future.“
“A really good chai latte, a full bar, and great options that won't break the bank. So nice.Dietary restrictions: They have delineated options for gluten free and dairy free making it easy to stay within your dietary restrictions. I am allergic to eggs and had no problem eating brunch or finding an option for myself.“
“Cool-looking spot, and the staff members were nice. The drinks were good, but the drink menu was limited. We were also surprised a place that literally has the word cocktails in the name closes at 6pm -- hopefully the downtown location will extend its hours at some point!“
“I went here to support a friend as she hosted a comedy show that was held here (My Funny Valentines). It was a nice, cozy little place that had artwork on the walls. The bartender that was there hooked me up with a strong Margarita. Also, that night, I was able to try one of the food trucks there. I chose the vegetarian arepa. It was delicious and actually reminded me of something I used to eat back home in the South... hot water cornbread. It was such a fun and great night.“
“Wonderfully inventive cocktails. An extraordinary selection of whiskeys and a great atmosphere. The issue lies on the management and/or ownership. Only two bartenders carrying the entire weight of an extremely busy Friday night. Bartenders had to serve, bus, make cocktails, go to the food truck to get orders, go to the brewery to get beers and all the usual duties. I understand the issues in hiring and retaining talent in business today. But adding a server or two would have catapulted this from four stars to five. I have great respect for the staff who was busting their tails, but nobody could receive the quality of service customers deserve. And that is on ownership. Still recommend highly, just maybe not on a Friday or Saturday night.“
“This place is less busy than the main brewery and it’s hidden gem. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and it was nice and empty. I’m sure the owners are not too happy that it’s empty but for us craft lovers, it was bliss compared to the hectic Saturday nights that everybody’s used to. I hope they keep this location open for a good minute and I hope it doesn’t become overcrowded once it becomes discovered.“
“It’s always a good time when I visit Atmosphere! The food is always top notch “They be cheffing”. This time I tried the new menu item Barbacao Tacos. As usual, they did not disappoint. I also tried the Mountain Time beer on tap and it was very light and refreshing.“
“Great experience! Sit at the bar if you want the best time, fun friendly bartenders making some amazing cocktails are very entertaining. The coffee bean martinis, oh my, waaay toooo good. It's just a happy low key scene that's guaranteed to make your day. First place we'll go next time we're in the Springs.“
“I do love this speakeasy. We prefer the downtown location though. Went to this location for date night with my husband as we love Nightmare Before Christmas, but we both felt that this immersive experience was lackluster. The drinks were "eh" except for an amazing shot the bartender created for rolling snake eyes. I ordered the leek soup and it was way too salty, minus the salt, the flavor was phenomenal. I wanted to be honest, but I will definitely come back for a different theme.“
“We spent the evening at both Eleven18 and Tipperary. Both were fantastic. Starting at Eleven18, the carnitas and barbacoa street tacos were outstanding. We had the tuna tostaditas and mole wings as well. They were also very tasty. After dinner we headed next door for a night cap. The bartender and server were friendly and attentive and the drinks were tasty and well crafted. The only downside was the service at Eleven18. It was a little on the slow side. Recommend.“
“We loved this spot so much! The atmosphere was awesome and the staff was amazing! The food was also really good. I’m super picky when it comes to an Italian sub - and I throughly enjoyed theirs. The Owner came out to our table during our visit and he was so nice and talkative. Highly, highly recommend!“
“We came here pretty early on a Friday however the food and service were very good, but my favorite were the margaritas which were some of the best I've had. I highly recommend this place if your looking for quick and great food and amazing drinks.“

“This is the best cocktail bar in Colorado Springs, especially if someone is visiting from out of town and you want to show them something special. The bartenders are amazing and they really know their drinks. You can buy the drink menus too which is a great way to bring home all the classic recipes they offer and is a unique memento for a good night out.“
“We ordered Return of the Mac for a to go order on Sat afternoon. It was great! Everything was packaged up and hot when we got there. We ordered a lot of food and the whole party loved it, with everyone going back for seconds. We will definitely be back to sit and eat at some point.“
“We ordered a take out, and we worried because everywhere you go sitting inside always tastes better. We were wrong about this place! The to go order we received was AMAZING.We got the pancake flight, strawberry shortcake pancakes, and bacon. Everything was amazing! The bacon was crispy, and flavorful. Our pancakes were fluffy, stacked with toppings and delicious!Highly recommend!“
“Edit: I changed it to 5 stars ? and would give 100 if possible, for the blondie pizza. Maybe the best pizza I've ever had.Or I've been in the springs too long now and I'm easily impressed lol. But no, the Blondie is incredibly goodIt's OKAY... maybe because it's SOOOO hyped up around here, I was expecting more in regards to the pizza, I have been disappointed twice now. I think the hype speaks to the lack of options for truly good food here in the Springs, unfortunately....First time I got the White pizza (assuming it had to be good because I usually like white pizza, plus...duh) and was extremely underwhelmed. Today I got the Burrata Banger because I love Burrata, and it was better than the first one I tried but not by much. Burrata itself was subpar quality, and edges of my pizza were BURNED. I love a slightly charred crust but this was beyond that!! I am happy to spend $20 before tip on a 12" pizza if it's delicious, but like I said this is just okay pizza to me. In which case $20 for a medium pizza is overpriced, IMHO.Their cannolis are FIRE though, and so is their waitstaff.“
“Are you a fan of old fashioned whiskey drinks? Then this is the place for you. This entire place is an awesome concept. A old elementary turned in to bars and restaurants in every classroom (formerly classrooms). When in the Colorado Springs area, this is a must visit. The service could not have been any better with all the recommendations.“
“Food wasn't the best. I had the Pork Loin and it was dry and the side of Asparagus was great except their was only like 5 pieces. ? Drinks tasted decent but just like any other place and they were 15.00 dollars a drink. They made them very pretty and I believe that's what I paid for...“
“This is the second year I've had my bday celebration there on a Tuesday Karaoke and they really do go out of their way to make a gal feel special!! Bday decor, bday drink, they held the cake in the back for us and supplied us with extra plates, napkins etc when we were ready. I'm such a fan of the food and staff!! Gonna continue to support this incredible restaurant!“
