Updating my review to 5 stars for promptly responding to my complaint and making things right. I received a replacement order that was much better and to the standards of good quality sandwiches I’ve received in the past and as a loyal customer that comes here often. I have been to this JJ three times in the last week. I get the Bootleggers Club with all toppings. It’s always delicious. I don’t know what everyone else whining about. This place makes great sandwiches.

We went through the drive through. The attendent was very nice and courteous as well as friendly. So customer service was pretty good. The issue was the food. The cheese only sandwich we ordered which was supposed to be cheddar cheese was provolone. That wasn't well received with a currently picky child. The cheese we did receive was spread sparingly across a large area of bread and we were probably charged about $8 for it. The bread on the other sandwiches was less than fresh...read full review
