I live down the road and I come here a lot. But more often than not, my order is incorrect, or my burger is literally half raw. I understand the rare and medium rare burger types, but if I should expect anything other than a fully cooked burger, there should be a question when you order asking how you want your burger cooked. Food is usually pretty good here but we went in today and the service was pretty terrible the guy up front with long brown hair was rude and you could tell he didn't even want to be there. If your that unhappy find another job. Not a fun experience, we were friendly too.

So disappointed. My absolute favorite thing in the menu was the Onion Strings. Went there tonight, specifically for the onion strings (to put on burgers I was making at home), only to find out they've replaced them with onion rings. I took a chance and purchased 2 orders - what a let down! The flavor the onion strings was no longer there and I got 7 ONION RINGS for $4 - complete rip off! Never again.
