The owners are super friendly and gave me a sample of their Horchata (very different from the Mexican kind). He also showed me the "flower" used for the flower pupusa. Please note this place is not wheelchair friendly, they have over 20 stairs you have to go down because it's on the lower level, I don't know if there is an elevator somewhere I didn't see but we had a stroller and had to take the baby out to bring the stroller down with us.We shared the queso fundido and added chorizo, and that was the best decision! When I go to a gas station, I take out cash just so I have it on hand for Tacos Pachuco. I come about once a week, and the entire time I've been doing it, Tacos Pachuco has delivered exactly what I am craving, every single time. The service is as fast as it needs to be. Me and my kiddos make special trips just to go to different Colorado ice cream shops. Happy Cones offers some great options on flavors. The creaminess really shines and the fruit based ones give you a really fresh fruit flavor. The chocolate brownie has chunks of brownie in it that are crazy good. Have you ever had brownie ice cream that's good but, you get to a brownie piece and you think, dang the brownie isn't that great? It's the opposite here, I actually thought about going in and asking if they sold separate brownies. Ok so here's my final take. And I apologize if I'm going on a long review rant, lol....so I'm a foodie, one of the ways I judge things is by getting something simple and traditionally not considered the stand out option by which to judge. Like pizza, I get basic cheese, if I'm blown away, I know other options are going to be spectacular. So here I get the Sweet Cream ice cream. “Some of the best Indian food I've had. The chicken marsala is delicious and it comes with naan, but I substitute my naan for garlic naan since I like that a little bit more. The rice is great too! There was a line when I was there but it moves fast and the food comes out quickly to! I only waited for a few minutes, definitely less than 5 minutes. “Absolutely tasty. I dropped by here because I was working across the street. Grabbed a carne asada burrito which came with a side of tomatillo sauce.While I waited (what had to be two minutes) I was given two barbacoa tacos to try. Both were great (the "red" meat tasted better to me).The burrito was significantly smaller than I would have imagined (maybe my only complaint). It comes with peppers and beans. I opted for no beans which might have contributed to its thinness. But it was still very tasty and only cost me $10.If I had anything to say, I would say to throw some white rice into the burrito to give it more substance. The taste was absolutely great and my mouth is still tingling from the heat after about 15 minutes.Other reviews mentioned the cleanliness of the truck... they weren't wrong. “I came across the place randomly one day. There were flyers posted on the lawn and decided to go check it out. As soon as you get there, you can smell the smoked chicken and turkey legs. It was divine! The first time, I got the birriatacos, and the husband got the tripa (intestines) Taco and a Carne asada plate. I don't like tripe, but man, these were cleaned really well and had a nice crispy texture. The consome that came with the birriatacos was very flavorful, I could've just eaten a whole bowl of that. Second round, I got the chicken tacos, my husband got tripa tacos again, and a grilled turkey leg to go. The chicken tacos were from the grill. The chicken was juicy and had some yummy burnt bits. I usually expect to see a line on Friday and Saturday nights. They usually have heater set up outside so that you can wait without freezing to death too. We had the hibiscus margarita and the espresso martini, which were both good but not great. Everything is pre-mixed, so you cant really special order anything. The guy was super friendly and walked me through the menu so I settled on his rec of Shrimp Ceviche and Quesadilla de Marlin. I took the bag of goods home and as I opened the boxes....omg....
