The new melts... aren't melts. Even their promotional material shows that the cheese isn't even melted. Cold cheese and median temperature meat = not a melt. I'll attach a picture of the melt they promote...There wasn't a whole lot of people when we came into the store. So we were able to get our food very quickly. It was hot, fresh, and very good. Employees decide when they want to work and when not to, went inside lobby to order food at 7:25pm and they told me all were on break even when it was business hours, place sucks employees suck, don't recommend.

Horrible lady closing drive thru. Acted like we were the worst customers. Avoid this burger king. Unless you like rude service oh and oddball sandwiches. I'm not sure what my husband got, but the presentation looked like my 5 year old slapped it together. This thing isn't even on the menu.
