I would follow Msriana and her food truck delights to the ends of the earth. Utterly delighted when I arrived at Tico Time today to find her here. No doubt Mike and I will be eating well on her scrumptious, beautiful and healthy offerings. Just ordered dinner!!
This woman Mariana makes amazing food and she is a true soldier. She cares so much about her customers that she stayed open late night for us. She fed us nutritious food at a good price and we were so happy. We wish she would come to every festival and feed us.We love her

My band Big Mountain performed at the Tico Time Festival and we had the opportunity to eat Mariana’s Authentic Cuisine. The whole band thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Our keyboardist Goofy has many dietary restrictions and Mariana was able to customize a meal for him. Thank you Mariana!!!
