“Holy moly everything at Sloan's was excellent. I chose Sloan's Bar and grill as they had a deal through the Denver Eat and Drink pass (I highly recommend it). My husband had the fish and chips and I had the steak frites. Both were great and the steak was seriously one of the best steaks I've ever had. Only catch is they have different events each night (trivia, kids eat free, etc), so check what's going on before you go.“
“I have only been living in Colorado for 5 months, but this was the best experience I have had going out. The staff was amazing, engaging, and beyond friendly. The food was top-notch, and the atmosphere was fun. I will definitely be going back...again and again. ❤️“
“Great staff, food, and atmosphere. If you’re stuck on a decision the servers really know their menu and are quick to help! Personal favorites include the batata vada pav sliders, chow chow, and Rogan Josh. You can’t go wrong with any of it!“

“I'm in town from Oregon and I rode the bus for like an hour to eat lunch here by myself. No regrets. The atmosphere: unmatched. Folks were playing songs on the juke box that got me hype for a concert I'm seeing tomorrow, and the bartender's playlist was super dope too. The food: unreal. I got the poodle bites and idk if I was expecting like more of a hush puppy with a little bit of ground meat inside, but that first bite of pure cornmeal-fried sausage absolutely took me out. You must get these. The Gwarled cheese was really good too, you gotta put the pickles on it for some bite cause it's rich. Pork belly was a tad dry for me. The sweet tots were the best I've ever had (and I come from the state that invented tater tots!) The service: awesome. Food came quick, I didn't get drinks but other folks were getting them immediately and cheerfully. Go here and tip well!“
“This place is amazing and I would recommend to all who love poke and want to support a small local business. The brothers who own the shop are running the FOH (front of house), engaging with their guest, explaining how and where they source their ingredients, and sharing their passion behind what they do. They were super friendly, had great recommendations, and it made me appreciate each bite all the more because I knew the ingredients were mostly locally sourced and quality foods. The mix of the flavors was so good and it was the perfect amount of food, not leaving me hungry or grossly full. Go here if you want a unique, quality, local experience with delicious poke.“
“I’m obsessed with this coffee shop. The sausage biscuit is fantastic. Its gluten free, but I didn’t even realize it until after. The blueberry soda is also one of my new favorite drinks. Oh, and those donut holes were delectable! The people are nice and helpful too. We went three mornings in a row once we discovered it. We don’t live in Denver, so I bought the biscuit mix to make some at home. I’m sure it won’t turn out the same, but hopefully will be close. Can’t wait to come back on our next trip!“
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Root Down, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, and our waiter went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met.The food at Root Down is simply amazing. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared with a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The menu offers a wide variety of options, catering to different dietary preferences and restrictions. Whether you're a meat-lover or a vegetarian, there is something for everyone here. The atmosphere of Root Down is trendy and inviting, creating the perfect ambiance for a memorable dining experience. The restaurant is beautifully designed, with attention to detail in every aspect. The combination of the stylish decor and friendly staff creates a warm and welcoming environment.Overall, I highly recommend Root Down for anyone looking for an extraordinary dining experience. The amazing service, incredible food, and exceptional atmosphere make it a must-visit restaurant.Dietary restrictions: They are able to accommodate gluten-free & dairy free diets easily.“
“This pizza was excellent. Probably the best on the strip there that I’ve had. The bar stools were fun and the service was quick. Drink specials weren’t too bad either, so stop in for the happy hour. Would pop in again next time I’m passing through Denver.“
“Delicious side of plantains! And this is coming from someone who usually doesn’t care for plantains/chokes down a 0.5-1.0 bites when it’s available. Delicious fresh coconut juice out of a coconut! We brought the shell home to have at the flesh with proper utensils. Lastly, delicious and generously stuffed arepas!“
“The first time I heard of them was from their catering for a charity benefit that I attended. For me that's always a plus that they are involved in their local community, but their bruschetta was really good. I've ordered delivery since and it was also really good. I'll have to dine in at some point.“
“Amazing craft burgers with a range of classic to uniquely delicious flavors and toppings. And the fries are out of this world!!! Especially the sweet potato fries ??Also good beers and drinks to pair. If you're near Union Station it's a great spot for a good bite at a reasonable price. Do recommend.Wheelchair accessibility: The ground is flat and the doors are wide enough.“
“I guess this place is on an unaired episode of drive in's, diners, and dives and it needs to air! This place has a brisket pizza that is incredible! Houston foodie who had an excellent time in denver at this place. Fantastic eats and great beer. ❤“
“Wonderful small brunch restaurant with plenty of new and old flavors. Breakfast and coffee was delicious, especially the hibiscus latte.Parking: You may need to park a block away to access this restaurant as it has almost no street or otherwise parking near the restaurant.“
“There are sushi restaurants, and then there’s Hapa. I went here for weekend happy hour lunch and enjoyed some delicious and delightfully named rolls, miso soup, and tea. Tommy, our server, was super attentive and prompt and charming. Would gladly give Hapa more of my money ?“
“We love all the shops at this market. The coffee bar is consistently delicious and the sandwich/deli shop is my fav! Smoothies are delicious. Izzio Bakery is a treat to look forward to with friends. Good recommendation for anyone looking to experience fun parts of Denver.“
“Just had G's Gyro and the Creme Brulee Cheesecake as one of the specials that Uptown & Humboldt had to offer today and they were FANTASTIC. Delicious meal for a fair price and great people serving it. If you haven't, you need to meet the owners Gio and Hayden. They work hard and put out great food. Definitely coming back for more. Thanks for the meal!“
“I ordered a pizza to go for first time yesterday and it was by far one of the best pizzas if not the very best I've ever tried. I was greeted quickly and my pizza was brought out shortly after. I loved the vibe and friendly atmosphere.“
“Wow - what a fantastic find! Everything we had was delicious, from the drinks (I had the Berry Sangria and the bartender “roulette” which turned out to be a spicy, pomegranate margarita) to the food - baked goat cheese, the burger, the arugula and beet salads. Bonus - this establishment is woman owned! ? Highly recommend.“
“I should have taken pictures but the food was yummy and I was hungry. I had the grilled pork bánh mì. DELICIOUSNESS! Baguette was crisp and soft, the pork was flavorful and the vegetables were fresh. Just enough spice. Had the Thai tea to wash it down. Lunch is done. I will return.“
“Kickin Chicken is absolutely amazing. We found this place because my girlfriend has Celiac’s and it’s really hard to find a Gluten Free fried chicken, but we’ve found our go-to place now in Kickin Chicken! The chicken here is so flavorful and crispy, with just the right amount of spice. They are also gigantic tenders. The Golden Garlic Blue Cheese sauce is outstanding. If they bottled that stuff, I’d buy 10 of them right now. All the sauces are great though. The staff is great and always helpful. They keep the place clean and clear tables quickly after customers leave. And the prices are also great, you definitely get your money’s worth. Can’t recommend this place enough!Dietary restrictions: The chicken tenders are Gluten Free here“

“Best wood fired neapolitan style pizza in town! Fresh high-quality ingredients, great flavor combinations. So excited we can get delivery for lazy stay-in nights, though we do love the patio ambiance especially summer afternoons.p.s. The beet salad is amazing.Vegetarian options: Beet salad, veggie pizza, garden pizza, wild mushroom pizza, pesto cream pasta“
“A review from a French guest I brought:I liked everything : the food, the service, the decoration and even more the bread !I’m French and the food it’s absolutely worth it. Also the details and the decoration of this restaurant/bakery are just amazing.“
“Traveling for work, I found myself in wheat-ridge for 6 months. I was craving some sliced Italian deli meats and some Italian sweets and found this place nearby according to google. Omg I found heaven!Sliced my meat for me while I picked out some cannoli and pizzelle. Calabrisi was spicy good! I’ve since moved again but while I lived in wheat-ridge, I visited this place every two weeks.“
“The food here is absolutely fantastic, with service to match. Our waiter, Brian, was friendly and provided excellent recommendations. The arancini, pancetta, chicken gnocchi were all fantastic. They have the best risotto I’ve ever tasted. Definitely recommend!“
“My husband's from Alabama and I moved to CO from Georgia. We found Smokin Yards years ago and now it's our go to BBQ. The best BBQ we've found so far, plus they have great sweet tea! The only downside is they get busy during lunch and the weekends and can get very packed. But they still provide great service during busy times. 100% recommendParking: Two free parking lots, but they fill up quick during lunch hoursWheelchair accessibility: Ramp accessibility however tables and chairs are very close together“
“Whenever we’re going through Denver we make sure to go to Himalayan Spice - just a few blocks off of I70, easy on and off. They clearly use high quality ingredients and everything we’ve ordered has been excellent. Also very good customer service. Best Indian food I’ve had. Very highly recommended.“
“Indian fast food with a twist, very clean & hip with healthy options reasonably priced yet super tasty. Must try their heavenly Butter Naan. Marshall ,the owner/chef & host has stayed open through pandemic, he is a fighter and this is a true American success story.“
“Absolutely wonderful experience here! Food was great, but service was the best part. Mark Y, was so amazing- he was kind, attentive, and provided great recommendations. The cheesecake was to die for, I would come back just for that. Hostesses and managers were great as well.“
“Came here today to check out the coffee and ciders! Such a chill atmosphere and the service was great! I had an iced caramel latte with almond milk (thank you for lots of different types of "milks" for people do don't dairy!) My husband had a dandelion cider and it was awesome!!! While we were there we found out they do bingo on Tuesdays, trivia on Thursday and they have a food truck and you can bring your well-behaved dogs! Yay! We can't wait to go back!“
“The best sports bar near where I grew up in the north side of Denver, Colorado!! They have amazing beer selections, always have any kind of sports on, and their bar food is not some clique sports bar menu, they have high quality items that stick out the front page. Always come back when I go home. Oh and the service, just Fantastic!!“
“our server was the nicest person ever and he made sure to constantly check on us even with the place being super busy. the service was quick and everybody was super attentive.the food was delicious. i had the pozole and my friend had the tierra, mar, y cielo molcajete and we finished both are meals. which actually came here cause my friend wouldn’t stop raving about the molcajete and they did not disappoint.would definitely recommend this place and come back.“
“Food is always consistently great. Service is good, sometimes slow but that's fair considering they are always packed. The Dahlia and the Franklin are solid breakfast choices if you're looking for a biscuit sammy. If you want something else the grits are great or the granola bowl is a good light option. Pizza is slammin and burgers are good too. They are always busy for a reason!Vegetarian options: Not a lot of vegetarian options but they do have some!Parking: Shared parking lot with other businesses and lots of street parking but it's a busy area so you might have to park a block or two away.“
“We went in for a date night. Inside the restaurant, the seating options were kind of slim but we noticed that there was outdoor seating in a semi enclosed patio with a Tv so we opted to sit there. The patio was not heated but it was still a good experience. You can rent out the patio and I think that would be perfect for a small get together; there are window flaps and several tables that can be used. They do not have a bar but do sell some bottled wine and canned seltzers, however, beware as they are very expensive. Our Detroit style hot honey pizza did not have any notable honey flavor, but we did enjoy the whipped cheese on top. The sauces (Buffalo and honey mustard) were also really good.“
“On our many visits we usually have one French sandwich. Always excellent and we like the guys! Today the online system said “not available.” When I picked up lunch I asked and was told “oh, we have it, that’s just a problem with the internet “!No big deal, but imagine the difference if someone said”, have you got 5 minutes and I’ll make you what you wanted”? Just sayin!“
“Rivers and roads is a great coffee shop with delicious coffee, tea, and other drinks plus a bunch of baked goods, snacks, and lunch items. I've personally had the golden milk latte and the Matcha for morning drinks as well as the turkey sandwich with avocado and the pastrami Panini for lunch. The staff always greets you warmly and checks in with you to see how you're doing. Drinks are delivered with a smile, and you always feel like you're welcome to hang out to get some work done or enjoy your coffee or meal. Choose from indoor or outdoor seating - there's plenty of both! Outside has umbrellas for sunny days. Inside has plenty of outlets to plug in your devices and boot up for a day of productive work.“
“Went to a wedding where the cake was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. Turns out they got it from here. Flavor: Blackberry Champagne ?Would 100% recommend to try. They have plenty of flavors in cupcakes and even ice cream too!The staff is super friendly and helpful.Tried the hot chocolate as well. It did not disappoint.“
“Just right pizza if you like hand tossed. A nice little bit of spice in the sauce, good toppings and cheese. Wash down with good bevs and you have a great comboCozy joint on the small side but they make it work. Friendly staff and good food make it worth coming back to“
“Soft great tasting ice cream! Even got "adult" flavors like Jack Daniel's that is super yummy! They use the local milk company Royal Crest that has amazing milk! Super amazing place. The only complaint I would have is the inside could use a remodeling of seats, tables, fresh paint and updated flooring.“
“Such a fun brunch spot! The staff was super awesome and accommodating to my dietary restrictions! And offered a suggestion on a dairy free sauce option for my bowl!I really loved the freshness of the food, coffee drinks and smoothies our party enjoyed! The inside theme was so cute! Such a good hidden gem near the mall I can't wait till the next visit I look forward to trying the griddlecakes ?? Dietary restrictions: They had great options for gluten free, and dairy free! They seemed to care deeply about making sure no cross contamination was happening.Parking: As someone who has accessibility needs I found that they had plenty of upfront parking. The lot can definitely get crowded due to being on a shopping plaza, but I found it easy to find a spot available!“
“Best Vegan Pho in Denver! I have tried several places on Federal and this one beats them all with flavor. the tropical iced tea is super sweet and delicious just like they make it in the south!Vegetarian options: Vegan Pho by request with a vegetarian section on the menu“
“I've been here over 10 times, The servers are amazing and kind and if you come in more than 3 times they start to recognize you and treat you like family never the less. I personally always love a good booth and usually always get one. I get the chocolate chip pancakes because I have a sweet tooth and THE BACON IS TO DIE FOR.“
“Petunia is a neighborhood favorite with bakery classics, some made with a Mexican twist (spotlight on Birria croissant)! There’s a really delightful spread, everything from macarons and birthday cake to hearty sandwiches and Chilaquiles. It hits the spot and I hope the shop can continue to grow roots and become a local staple.“
“Very delicious coffee and their staff are consistently kind. This is my favorite coffee shop in Denver to destress and heal. When you have a time to sit down for a cup of coffee, I strongly recommend letting them know to order for here in their coffee cup rather than disposable paper cup for better experience including the beautiful latte art, mini biscotti, and better taste!“
“We stumbled across this gem while in CO for a quick trip. What a hip, cool place for breakfast...1. The patrons are cool and relaxed 2. The staff is friendly and on point with service 3. The music is cool 4. Place is just all around giving happy vibes. 4. Our waitress brought us out pancakes just because! When does that ever happen? Even their coffee cups feel right in my hand. It's too bad we don't live here otherwise this would be my go to for breakfast! A must try you won't be disappointed...you're welcome in advance“
“Food is perfect for a post workout meal. I got the chicken mixed bowl with extra chicken and it was super filling and a balanced meal. Probably should have got some extra sauce but otherwise adding it to my list of places to eat while I’m in Denver.“
“These guys actually have the best breakfast sandwiches in Littleton and maybe even all of Denver area. The egg is cooked perfectly, over easy but just a half cooked/little runny in the yoke. I personally like the sausage better than the bacon.“
“I LOVE THIS PLACE! Great spot!!! All things gluten-free! Fried chicken tacos, GF... Amazing! Deviled eggs are delicious! Lobster Mac & Cheese did not disappoint!Friendly staff. Easy to find, lots of street parking available. Large patio available.Interior is beautifully decorated!“
“We love coming here with our kids (on special no-school or late-school, days). The food is always consistently good and the service is always EXCELLENT. If not for the lake, the atmosphere is kind of "meh" . Nothing bad or dirty but just a little basic and could potentially use a little refresh. We live across the Lake and will continue to come here often!“
