“Nice first experience with Las Catrinas food truck. We grabbed lunch during the Juneteenth celebration at Foothills Mall. We each got a burrito, I ordered the Pastor. My burrito had great flavor with some kick. Generously sized and very filling. I'd love to try their street tacos another time. Service was super friendly and our order came out within 5 minutes! Totally met my expectations for a food truck experience - quality food, good value, friendly service and reasonable wait time. Check them out if you find the, about town!“
“Where do I even start. Being from Miami and growing up on Cuban food this was a delight to find. The food is so savory and delicious. The flavors are incredible and I can close my eyes and remember the little Cuban shop I would go to in Miami that was perfect. Everything you could want and need if you’ve been stuck out here as long as I have without Cuban food. Got full quick because of the quality they use. I will be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone missing out on some cuban food! They are now offering Dine in options as well! The buttered bread is inane. Bread made here I. House and the guava jelly is insane.“
“There are moments in life when your palate is transformed forever, and for me, that moment came in the form of loaded nachos from Antojitos del Sureste, unassumingly served at New Belgium Brewery. This wasn’t just a dish; it was a culinary journey. Each chip seemed to be a golden raft, laden with a perfect balance of flavors. The cheese was a molten treasure, rich and gooey, cascading over the crispy chips. The meat, tender and seasoned to perfection, offered a savory punch, while the fresh salsa and creamy guacamole added layers of vibrant, zesty flavors. The jalapeños, subtly introduced, were like little bursts of heat that cut through the richness, providing a fiery contrast that left you craving more. And let’s not forget the beans - they were far from mere fillers. Cooked to a tender perfection, they were the unsung heroes that brought everything together. As I sat there, savoring each bite amidst the lively buzz of the brewery, I realized that this was more than just nachos. This was a masterpiece, a symphony of flavors playing harmoniously together, creating an unforgettable experience.Sorry, Fat Tomato’s, your reign was commendable, but Antojitos del Sureste now owns the crown. These are, without a shadow of a doubt, the best loaded nachos I’ve ever had. They’re not just food; they’re a reminder of how simple ingredients, when combined with passion and skill, can transcend into something truly extraordinary.“
“Settled inside/next to Equinox Brewing, Santa Elena’s might be Fort Collins’ most under-rated kitchen. Food never disappoints and is made from scratch! Shrimp Ceviche or Chicken Masa Quesadilla are both divine. Also, everything if Gluten Free.“
“We came to this taco truck by accident :-) We went to the Fort Collins farmers market. When we were leaving, at the opposite end, we saw this taco truck. We were hungry so we pulled in. Not disappointed. Generous Carne Asada portion in the flour tortilla. Pinto beans, onions, and cilantro all delicious. It came with two salsas, a red and a green. The green being slightly hotter. Both really good. Homemade flavors. Community table in the shade, gives you a nice place to sit. I saw the people next to me have a Birra taco. I will get that one next time :-)If you're in the area, looking for a good taco truck, look no further.“
“First, a little background about food trucks. In the 1990's, food trucks were much different - you didn't have a vast selection of specialty foods available. A food truck was more like a mobile convenience store, carrying the expired stuff that 7-11 had unloaded for 1/2 price in the wee hours of the morning. You only went if you had forgot to pack a sangwich or you didn't have time to leave the construction site. Nowadays, you can find energy drinks (yah) but also fish n chips, good Mexican, burgers, all kinds of food. Maggie's is a good Mexican food truck, better than 80% of the Mexican brick-n-mortar places in Fort Collins. The day I encountered Maggie's ,they were parked in the lot at Jax (the one in town, not the ranch one up by LaPorte). I was disappointed that Jax didn't have what I needed, and what's better than drowning your sorrows in food? Which I enjoyed. I got a chorizo breakfast burrito and a couple of Al pastor street tacos. The menu seems fairly large, and they had even deployed a picnic table and some plants to give the place some atmosphere. By virtue of location, one of the best restaurants in north Fort Collins. They're presumably mobile, but if you see Maggie's at Jax, you should stop and feed.“
“OMG!!!!! Yummmm. We went in wanting to try something different, we are so glad we did. The owner gave us a history lesson on the food we were eating too. Thank you so much for a delicious and delightful dining experience. We will return, and were bringing friends! Now on my list of craveables.❤️“
“Got their food at the fort collins food truck rally in city park. I had high hopes and oh boy did they deliver. I got the dumplings with peanut sauce and a pork ninja bowl with ginger soy sauce - both were amazing! I definitely could have gotten by with just getting one item because the portions are good size, but I am glad I got both. Each bite has a ton of flavor and those sauces were nothing like I've tasted before (in a very good way). The yellow rice on the bottom of both dishes was amazing as well.I will be a repeat customer for sure. Thank you!“
“This place is amazingggg. I came here on my lunch break, really wanted some Mexican food and this place did not disappoint. I got a fajita burrito with asada, a side of sour cream (which they asked if I'd like in the burrito, yes please!) And some salsa verde which has a nice amount of heat to it ? all for under $11 including tax and tip. This is my new favorite spot in Foco ❤️Parking: In the auto zone parking lot but plenty of space around it!Kid-friendliness: Had a whole kid menu which is awesome, will bring my family with me next time“
“Best Mexican food in Fort Collins. I got the chihuahua burger and it was the best burger I've ever had in my life. The portions are big and price is reasonable for the quality of the food. La mejor calidad de comida en Fort Collins hands down 10/10“
“I've driven past this place a few times and always wanted to try it out. I'm so happy I decided to today. I got two birria tacos. They smelled delicious and were so tasty I ate the first one before I remembered to take a photo. Will definitely be eating here again.“
“The birria tacos were really good w consome. Wife teases me on the pronunciation but I dont care when they are this good. We know good quality authentic style and this is top 2 out of the 9-10 restaurants and taquerias weve tried around town since buying a home in FC. So after living in San Jose most of our lives we thought our neighbor in the Harmony area made the best. Now we have a good spot to hit.Parking: Wait a minute and spots open up“
“I tried the raspberry mocha and that was delicious! Even with half of the raspberry syrup. I also got the chicken and waffles. The chicken and the waffle were good but the gravy could have used more flavor. Also, they could have given a little more syrup to go with the meal. The food came out in record time and the service was very pleasant. I would like to try some of the sweet options next time to get more taste of the waffle without gravy interfering.“
“My doordash order was never received, so I was a bit frustrated when I got there. The lady was very sweet and apologetic about what happened, but it didn't even matter because as soon as I took that first bite, I knew I'd be coming back here forever!! ?“
