This place is outstanding. Located within Equinox Brewery, the food is simply delicious. Brisket taco is 10/10, one of the best tacos I’ve ever eaten. The elk Chorizo was exceptional as well, and the corn masa quesadilla is a real treat. All of their proteins are wood smoked, featuring different hardwoods for each option. Food is some of the most flavored and delicious authentic Mexican food in Fort Collins. Owned by a sweet local family and a chef who has an amazing palate for seasoning. You won't regret eating some of this delicious food.
