“it's been near my house a couple of years but just made it there a couple of weeks ago. lived in Europe many years and this is absolutely authentic! what's really great is they bake things properly. Colorado has a tendency to have undercooked breads cookies pastries etc. everything is glommy and soft. this is the real deal!”

“This place was so good ! I’m always worried about getting Mexican food at restaurants but this green chile and the rellenos ? Literally Chefs kiss - I would buy it in tubs if I could and the enchiladas were so flavorful I was honestly surprised ! If I could eat both of those every day I would . I rated the service 4 stars because the staff didn’t provide us with utensils and we were sol for a second . Other than that everything was perfect .”

“cookies are always fresh and warm, rarely are any of the cookies unavailable. cookies are iced and decorated perfectly every time. friendly bakers and always quick service. there is a crumbl closer to my house, but i actually drive a little further to go to this one because they have the best selection and the quality of cookies is much better here.”

“We were in the CR area and after some google search, we ended in this restaurant that offering Chinese dumplings and dim sum. The prices were reasonable and suited its cafe style. The chili oil wontons, made in a Sichuan "chao shou" style, were a nice touch, though the sauce could use a bit more flavor. The noodles stood out as better choice for me, so I’ll likely return to explore more noodle options instead of the dim sum. Overall, this place seems to gear more towards providing convenient Chinese comfort food for local residents or others that seek trying something new in the area. Overall, it’s a good choice for a quick bite.”

“The shop is absolutely beautiful with stunning views. The upper patio is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of their amazing coffee, it was smooth with great flavor. The girls working were super friendly and welcoming . This little gem is the best coffee shop in Castle Rock!”

“Pro's: 1. Fast service from ordering online, our fresh pie and (mildly) hot wings finished when quoted. 2. The hot wings were freshly made with a surprisingly ? perfect spice if you have any acid reflex (you should be able to handle it just fine). 3. Fast and friendly service up until ppu when I already had paid online...then see below. 4. Absolutely delightful pizza pie, there's was no grease. 5 stars for taste. I wish they offered an extra large and more chewy center pie. It was ? delicious! Con's: 1. It would have been 5 stars if the cashier hadn't looked at me with judgment on what I tipped. It really down graded my experience since I was a first time customer here. Idk if I should bother returning if it's just greed looking at the numbers. It was disrespectful.”
