“I have to say that two years ago this would have been a very different review! However, they renovated the Subway area of the building and hired an AMAZING crew that has taken pride in the Subway. It is clean, well-managed and the sandwiches are absolutely great!“

“The staff is getting the job done. Nothing too special but this is a busy place. Food always made well. The online order and pickup is nice, but needs work. My food sat on a back counter for more than 10 mins not knowing it was mine and the crew was super busy.“

“I love the food and have been here several times. My only complaint is that some of the staff are in violation of health codes when working with food. A young lady with very curly hair was working with food items, such as wrapping sandwiches and filling bins with shredded lettuce, etc., without her hair tied back in a pony tail, hat or similar. I have seen this on several occasions. Same with one of the young men making sandwiches. Just be a little more aware in this area, please!“

“I’m generally not a huge sandwich fan, not when there’s other lunch options. I really enjoyed the meatball sandwich- and the atmosphere is cute. Has a few books and a drink fridge (with cream soda!) I don’t have any complaints about the service, although I did read the reviews from this past week. I didn’t sense anything rude, just pretty busy.“

Their service is okay but they tend to take care of their online orders or to go orders before the people that are sitting there waiting, I think they need to have 1 person. Do the online or to go orders and everybody else. Take care of who ever sitting there waiting. Otherwise it was a great experience.Parking: Big lot“

“Food is always good, but it takes forever! I thought it was due to lack of employees, but this has happened when there were many employees or just a few. It doesn't matter how busy they are. That aside the employees are always friendly and the food is good.“

“Worst ever customer service. Manager Joe refused to refund ticket after waiting 1hr 20 min for food. then the driver stated he left food at the door. Which we never discovered. The Manager told my wife that it was her problem. We did not receive food or a refund. we will be contacting the GM and the cooperate office in regards to the unacceptable customer services...“
