Maybe if they made your sandwich wrong 3 times, you're one of those picky nuisances that shouldn't be allowed to eat out.Let me tell you a TRUE, non-biased, non-discriminatory review.This place dishes out top-notch sandwiches and they do it with a kind demeanor. I walk in and am instantly greeted by Michelle. She's sweet and has a gentle smile. I order the Wicked minus roast beef and that's exactly what I get and man, is it good. Hot, fresh ingredients are having a party on a superbly toasted roll. I scarfed this sandwich and it was delicious.There was 2 girls working and both were nice and smiled. Michelle was the one who helped me though and she's a really great person to run into. Happy to explain the differences in sandwich sizes without making you feel like an idiot for not having been there. She's a great employee and probably deserves a bump in that payroll! I know I'll be visiting again for the wonderful experience.“

“I've gone to this location a lot and the past few times I've received sandwiches without the add ons I ordered and one time I was missing a sandwich. On the bright side, the man delivered my missing sandwich to my work about 5 minutes away which was very kind. Along with that I contacted jimmy John's about missing add ons on my sandwich and a man named Logan helped tremendously. His customer service was exceptional and he made things right. I will continue to eat here and hope there is more attention to detail when making online orders.“
“It was on-point and delicious. Me and my sons split a twelve inch chicken Philly cheese sub. It was hot and good to go. We had it cut into four sections. Cheese, chicken, lettuce, and mayonnaise was our choice. I love it like that. The staff was professional, decent, and nice.The food court was nicely packed but there were seats and tables available. We got our order to go.“

“I waited on posting this review because the sandwich deserves to be photographed - it's that good of a cheesesteak.I always look for a good, solid cheesesteak, and after trying one from Pat's - I've now eaten there 3 times last week. The ratio of meat-cheese-ingredients is spot on, and the sandwich is juicy and cheesy without turning the bread into a soggy mess. I've tried the regular cheesesteak and the chicken cheesesteak, and they were both great.Sides weren't anything special, but they were exactly as much of a side as they needed to be.“
