“We were told this is the place to eat when staying in Fruita. My husband loved the Stromboli plus CBD and the Icarus pizza. All of it was truly amazing. we will stop again!”

“Stopped here on my way through for to-go breakfast. Wanted something healthier than fast food. Got a three-meat breakfast burrito and fries. The burrito was not great. Was covered with melted cheese and wrapped in tin foil....so the foil stuck to it. Once I extricated it from the foil, the first couple bites were tortilla and cheese. Almost halfway thru the burrito, finally found the meat. Taste wasn't the best, nothing like a Mexican bfast burrito. Fries were also not great, very heavy and dry. Put a few down and chucked them back in the bag.

I'll try a different option next time.”

“This QDOBA is really nice, we got fast service and tasty food. The atmosphere was also nice inside, and there were options for people with food intolerances. Overall, a great place to go!

“I recently visited El Tapito and had a mostly positive experience, though there were a few drawbacks. The quantity of food was fantastic—plenty for two people. I ordered the dinner fajita for two, which came with a generous portion of both steak and chicken, perfectly seasoned and served sizzling hot. The meat was tender, and the fajitas were accompanied by sautéed vegetables, tortillas, guacamole, and salsa, making for a well-rounded and flavorful meal.

However, the service was not up to par. Our server was neither friendly nor particularly attentive, which took away from the otherwise enjoyable experience. Despite this, the quality of the food was enough to make me consider returning.

Overall, I’d recommend El Tapito for the delicious fajitas, but I hope they improve the service to match the great food.”

“It's the Cheers of Fruita! If you don't know anyone here just wait 5 minutes. Great coffee and snacks - don't sleep on the breakfast cookie. There's a play spot for kids, bike racks, and shade.”

“I live in Fruita, so convenience plays into my 5-star rating - but only about 2%. 98% of the rest of my score is because of the staff and the environment they cultivate. The leadership team is amazing. Almost every employee knows my name and my order. I feel welcome and they get excited at times to see me which feels great. You wouldn't expect to have a "cheers" experience at an international chain, but they delivery on that every day!”

“The Hot Mess is fabulous. Coleslaw was perfection. Corn Bread 🍞 was moist and delicious. Fried chicken 🍗 was the bomb. Awesome service and great prices. A must if you are in the area. Ice Cream 🍨 too and support local. ❤️❤️❤️”

“My family went there tonight to celebrate two birthday and I will 100% say best food I have had in the valley in a LONG TIME! The chef was amazing and super fast even with a large party of 12, he even came out and spoke with us, just an amazing experience overall! We will be returning 🙂”
