From the moment you walk in you're welcomed by an incredibly well trained front of house staff, while the open concept kitchen and intimate atmosphere allow the kitchen staff and Chef Michael to interact with the guests in a completely unpretentious manner, creating an all encompassing experience from start to finish. Each dish is beautifully composed and thoughtful, some may call it 'tweezer' food, but this tweezer food has heart, has soul. It's modern and innovative but taste like comfort, invites you to savor each bite and leaves you wanting for the next. While the food is memorable on it's own, the cocktail and wine pairings are not to be ignored, both options are incredible, and listening to the artists that pick and craft these libations explain their thought process is akin to listening a storyteller around a fire, immersive and brilliant. “My husband and I traveled from Jacksonville Florida. We had the absolute pleasure of eating dinner at Wildflower on our first night in Denver. Definitely WORTH a journey. One of the best meals we've ever had, deserving of a Michelin star. Wine to start with a delightful plantain amuse bouche. Our dinner consisted of Foccia bread with garlic confit which was marvelous. Followed by grilled artichoke, lamb tart also marvelous, a creamy pasta dish w/fresh grated cheese which was sublime, finished off with semifreddo cannoli for dessert. Plate presentation, attention to detail, service ++++ was outstanding. Tracy was our host and gave us a warm welcome. The wine list is also magnificent. I highly recommend this restaurant. “We had the pleasure of eating in Michelle's section and were absolutely blown away by her phenomenal service. She kept our drinks filled and got our orders perfectly correct despite our large party. She offered suggestions on combos and made our visitextra pleasant. The food was delicious so kudos to the cooks as well. Highly recommend the pecan coconut pancakes and the eggs benedict! The teens loved the sourdough French toast and my dad was impressed that they cooked the bacon crispy just like he ordered it. The food was cooked to perfection and arrived within twenty minutes along with the best coffee I’ve had in a long time. The cafe is not overcrowded with tables and feels very comfortable but there is also an outside undercover seating area and an uncovered seating area in a garden at the back of the cafe.
