Tremendous restaurant for family & friends after a day on the mountain. Incredible choices of bourbon/cocktail selections. Burgers and bison meatloaf were the big hits from our group. You won't leave Carl's Tavern hungry and you'll also be quick to return!
We felt like we were part of the towns folk at this place. They took us in for Valentines Day when no one else would. We had a great night, great food, and excellent service. The Bison meatloaf, 10oz steak smothered in caramelized onions with mashed potatoes.

5 Stars on a BUSY Saturday night. Carl's did not miss a beat. We walked in during prime time without a reservation and they graciously created a table in the way back. Our server was very attentive and came to take our drink and appetizer orders fairly quickly. Who ever is running this restaurant, the chef and whoever is responsible for ops and the team should win an award.
