“I stopped in here for a beer with some friends. I ended ordering a bowl of NE Clamchowder. Service was fast and clean. First time in this location, and the atmosphere is really cool. I do not drink liquor, but they had a huge assortment/selection of whiskeys, bourbons, etc. behind the bar. The soup was good. I hope to come back here again when in the area. It reminds me of historical places I have eaten at in downtown Boston.“
“This place was beyond amazing. I have been here personally for food with friends before but never for an event. I used this place for my 2 month old baby’s baptism luncheon. (On st Patrick’s day) Shannon, the event manager was absolutely fabulous to work with. She even followed up with me after her first email since I have a terrible memory and forgot to reply to the first outreach. She made the whole event super easy and seamless. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that. I am a new mom with a 2 month old so complicated processes will never get done. Shannon made everything super easy and friendly. She was available by phone and email. Any questions I had she comfortable to ask and when I changed the salad she made it seem like it was nothing. I cannot say enough great things about her. (P.s this place was extremely well priced too for absolutely FABULOUS food)The day of, we were 30 minutes early and the room was all ready for us and let us choose whether to be in the room or hang out at the bar. Jackie was our waitress and she was amazing! I am a neurotic mom who can’t remember anything and she totally helped me out. When I was walking around talking to guests she brought the drinks to me. She was beyond professional, kind, helpful and nice to all of our guests and us and our family. We got TONS of compliments on Jackie and the food. We got the bronze package and replaced the salad with a Cesar salad, the chicken plate, steak and pasta bolognese. Delicious! They were the perfect portions and super tasty. Again, we cannot say enough great things about Jackie! We had extra people show up and within moments she had spaces created for them. “We had a party of 3 so tried everything on the menu and we loved it. The roasted squash was probably the star of the show. All of the entrees were nicely sized portions and well executed. The butterscotch pudding was great. Service was also top notch. Angie took great care of us and I would request her great service next time we come in. This concept is truly special and I hope it flourishes.“
“We had a group of 7 and opted for the table wide chefs 5 course tasting menu. It was excellent... A bit pricy at $85/head, but definitely uniquely flavorful and deliberately paired. An additional $50 or so gives you a wine pairing with each course as well. Definitely would try it again as the menu is ever changing and evolving with the seasons.“

“My wife and I had our first dinner at Vinted Wine Bar tonight. My wife has had a good amount of experience at Vinted, but it was my first time there. Top to bottom... TRULY EXCELLENT!! We shared a nice bottle of Daou Cab while sitting at the bar, and started with the Whipped Hummus, with Crispy Scallion Cake. Best Hummus you'll ever eat, and the warm crispy thin cake slices are very delicious with the Hummus. Terrific! Then we split and shared 2 entrees: The Chicken Milanese, and the Vinted Prime Burger. Both, also super delicious. Rich, flavorful, perfectly prepared by the talented crew in the kitchen lead by the executive chef, and partner, Mike Voight. Ate every bite of everything. Lastly, for desert we shared the Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake. Holy cow, that is one incredible desert. Our bartender Chris was very helpful, friendly, and although busy had time to talk with us. And we found all the staff, extremely personable. Mike has a finely tuned ship in Vinted. We'll be back. #impressed“

“Great experience from start to finish! Four of us had the 5 course prix fix tasting menu with wine pairings, and everything was delicious. Portions were generous without making us overstuffed, or wanting more. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant! Server PJ was the best, and made the experience outdoors even more fun!Update: We have since gone back to Present Company several times, and it never disappoints. We recently dined at the chef’s counter (had a great time with Matt!) and enjoyed the 4 course prix fixe, and some of the standouts were the duck confit, cappelletti, sourdough späetzel that was surprisingly spicy and delicious, the striped bass and the espresso martini. I had a delicious cocktail similar to a Paloma, but much more interesting and complex in flavor. The service is always top notch even when the place is busy. We look forward to our next visit!“

“This spot is one of my go to restaurants. The food is creative and locally sourced, there are fun specials, the cocktails are hit/miss. Service depends on how busy the restaurant is, it seems like the servers get relatively large sections so when it's busy you might not see your server for a while but they are very attentive when you can get a hold of them. The dessert and coffee is always very good!“

“Went to Metro Bis for the first time (but have been a LONG time fan of Chef Chris!) this weekend. We were looking for somewhere special for lunch for my son's 21st birthday. This fit the bill and was perfect! It was a reasonable set price ($30) for 2 courses (lunch main and a dessert or salad/soup) and tons of amazing choices. You pay a little extra for appetizers and for drinks, of course. All 5 of us got something different for mains from a beefy eggplant parm to flat iron steak to crab cakes to a burger to short rib sandwich. They were ALL amazing. The quinoa salad on all of our plates was a welcome surprise and so refreshing. The desserts were varied as well with a fabulous creme brulee and panna cotta, and surprisingly even a dairy free option that was so delicious (Coconut & Chia Seed Semifreddo). I can really appreciate a restaurant that has a non-dairy creamer option for my coffee. To top it off, the service was PERFECT and the atmosphere was so relaxing. They even put a candle in my son's dessert just because we mentioned it in the reservation - such attention to detail! I'll definitely go again (trying to figure out how to get my girls group to make the drive!) So happy I finally got to Metro Bis. Faith Middleton would be proud! ;)“
“I was at Kbarr 2 Friday's ago June 16th to be exact I had a great time. I just missed the happy hour ?? lol but still had a great time food was amazing Maddie the bartender was great made the best rum punch I've ever had it was better than the rum punch I was drinking in Jamaica...the food was great as well as the atmosphere I definitely can't wait to go back to see my Girl Maddie she's my new favorite bartender. “We arrived a bit early for our reservation (and before our guest), but the hostess said we could be seated whenever we were ready. The space is relaxed yet well-appointed, and the tables are nicely spaced in the main dining room. Our server was very attentive and friendly. While we sipped wine and perused the menu, we enjoyed some delightful warm hearty bread. My husband and I both had the hanger steak (medium rare) and fries which was was perfectly done in a rich brown sauce that was "lick the plate clean" good! Our guest was very pleased with her swordfish. For dessert, we opted for the chocolate creme brulee which was fabulously delicious and a perfect end to a perfect meal!“

“Went on a Friday night, and the bar area was pretty packed, which was a good sign. Service was a little slow; it seemed like they were short staffed. We waited a few minutes before a hostess showed up to greet us. Once we sat down, it took another 10 minutes or so for a waiter to come to our table. Again, they did seem understaffed, and the place was pretty busy. Food: Cesar salad 7/10 - enough dressing, croutons Cup of New England Clam Chowder 4/10 This was super salty. Smoked honey chipotle wings 10/10 - You could taste the smokiness, The flavor was delicious, and the wings were cooked to perfection Blackened ribeye w/green beans & twice baked potato 8.5/10 - The flavor on the ribeye was amazing! The green beans, although not seasoned, had a smokey flavor, and the twice baked potato was yummy. Steak tips Risotto 9/10 This was absolutely scrumptious! There are plenty of tender steak tips, creamy risotto with lots of flavor. We will definitely be back!“

“We have been here a few times already for their holiday buffets. The food is scrumptious. Its hot, fresh and flavorful. The waitstaff is very friendly and helpful. It's decor is lovely and it's very clean and neat. I will be trying the regular Sunday Brunch buffet as soon as it fits in my schedule and I can't wait. If you're going to try a holiday buffet, get reservations early because they are very popular. Please tey them you won't be disappointed.“
