“Toro sushi is the absolute best sushi place you can go to. It’s a little small hole in the wall place but they have such fresh and delicious sushi and rolls, I try to get lunch there at least every other week it’s so good and they are reasonably priced too. Highly recommend!!!!!“

“I chose Soga because they had Toro on their menu. It was only available in a roll. That roll, while still delicious, did not satisfy my craving for toro or really deliver the same experience. They lost one star for the tempura. I prefer mine thinner sliced with a lighter coating. This was thick and heavily battered. Overall, the sashimi collection was decent and fresh.Will go again“

“Food was absolutely great! I had chicken hibachi dinner. Chicken, vegetables, and noodles were cooked perfectly. Soup and salad tasted really good. The only problem is their drinks were really WEAK. It was very sugary and mostly juice. Couldn’t taste the vodka. It was nice presentation but complete waste of 8.50. Didn’t bother getting a different drink bc I figured they would all taste like that. Drinks need improvement. Other than that great and fun place.“

“Absolutely love Tomo. Excellent fresh sushi. Polite staff. Nice atmosphere. I usually sit at the bar. The restaurant also appears very clean and well maintained. Prices are pretty much on point for sushi/drinks as well. I have always had a great experience at Tomo, from the food to the service. I have even Doordashed them and been satisfied. This is my goto sushi place in Naugatuck and I feel it's the best in the area.“

“Yes, it's in a somewhat interesting location in a strip mall off the main road. I've been trying to find a place like this for quite some time. I've only gotten takeout so that's what my review is focusing on. It's difficult finding quality sushi at reasonable prices, and Tanpopo really delivers where it matters. The fish is fresh and has excellent texture. I ordered several massive platters of nigiri sushi of all kinds, and my family was really delighted with the taste. If I have any criticism, it is that their cut rolls are somewhat-poorly assembled, and tend to fall apart after a few seconds of being held with chopsticks. Their lunch and dinner specials are very reasonably priced, as are their "party platters" of nigiri sushi. The sashimi is of equivalent quality, although I do prefer to cook my own rice at home to eat with it (we recommend Tamaki Gold). Placing an order on the phone was simple, and we paid when we went to pick up the food which was ready to go at the requested time. Great service and pleasant staff!“

“Marissa was a great waitress. She was very on top of making sure everyone was happy with their food. She was patient with me about ordering. I personally am not huge into sushi but my boyfriend is very much a fan of this place's sushi. I really liked the Rock and Roll rolls. Ate about half of it, my poor boyfriend. He also got the Tiger Roll. He enjoyed it. He liked dipping all the rolls into the provided sauce. I got the tempura udon which was really good. The tempura onion rings and broccoli made me think of "onion rings lite". Wasn't greasy at all.Now on to my no-no for the place. The seating arraignment is a little weird. And the green tea (as a green tea snob) was not very good. Maybe it's just that green tea, I don't know.“

“I have never had an issue with Tokyo II. Even though I have never eaten inside the restaurant, I can't recommend this place enough. I usually get a dinner bento box, and they have had no problem substituting out the food with pork in it for other options. I love their miso soup and teriyaki salmon as well. The food is always prepared quickly, packaged securely, pretty warm even after being delivered to my home or driven back as takeout. Definitely give them a shot if you enjoy Japanese cuisine and sushi!“

“My family's favorite Japanese place. Everyone loves the teriyaki chicken, and we usually order sushi. I recommend the black dragon roll and the green dragon roll.A quick update: The sushi station sometimes closes a half hour or an hour before closing. You can still get grilled stuff of course.“

Highly recommend the Mango Delight, it was so amazing! Crab Rangoon was excellent, my Smoked Salmon Roll was wonderful, and the Pho. Let me talk about the Pho. The Beef Pho was so amazing! It was so comforting and wonderful. It felt like home to me. Such a wonderful soup. It does come with big portions so you may have to take it home. “The food is very good, which is why I go back. But we ordered all you can eat one night and it seemed a few people weren't getting the correct orders. It also took an hour to get a couple sushi rolls while the dinners ordered off the regular menu came quickly. It kind of squashes the "all you can eat" deal if you have to wait an hour for what you ordered.
