“Good food, but I’m constantly let down by their online ordering process. Every time I walk in to pick up my food, they are JUST putting my order through as I go to tell them my name. I can hear the ticket being pushed back to the kitchen. Every.single.time. Sometimes, even 20+ minutes after I placed my order..and then I have to wait another 10+ minutes for them to prepare my food.I would call my order in, but they have an unnecessarily long system where you have to press several buttons and speak to a robot for a minute or two before you can speak to someone from their store. It’s very disappointing and it is really frustrating to always have to deal with this type of experience.“

“I was going to try KFC/Norwalk, but the customer reviews were absolutely terrible. So, I decided to try the Popeye’s just up the road (first time ever at Popeye’s). Terrific experience! The chicken was crispy, tender, juicy and tasty (the sides really do not matter as much). Service was friendly and professional, restaurant was bright and clean.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.“

“I must say, the fried chicken I bought from Chester was absolutely phenomenal! crispy, golden, tender, juicy meat that was bursting with flavor. They seasoned and cooked the chicken to perfection. “I stopped at this Kentucky fried chicken with plans of going through the drive-through, but there is no drive-through. As a matter of fact, you can’t even drive around the building, because there was a vehicle parked in the middle behind it, blocking anyone from getting through. Turns out this vehicle belongs to a manager of this establishment, according to what I was told.Anyway, I purchased a famous bowl and it was pretty good. Staff member I was served by was both friendly and helpful, which I appreciate.“

“No one payed attention to me and another customer when we were the only ones in the restaurant on line waiting to place an order to eat The possible Manager was sitting at a table with a Grey Popey's uniform short in the lobby with a Computer ignoring his rude employees actions...this was bad for business. . I am a retail business owner who would say customer service was Poor..“

“No complaints about food or service. It depends on the time of day and day as far as service is concerned. If they have the right amount of staff, things move along rather quickly. But most of delays are caused by customers that either don't know how to read a menu or walk in there not knowing what to order....and that can be very frustrating if the restaurant only has one person at the register. COME ON People!!!..at least know what you want before heading to the register. Don't call your BFF asking what to order while someone is is behind you that knows exactly what to order. The staff is very kind and patient to these people..so they get a plus for that.“

“Wasn't this how just about the worst year of our lives started out? With some chicken sandwich people were fighting over? Well I finally tried it. And thanks a lot Popeyes. You've made my waist this summer bigger. You've also made my toddler into some weird type of road trip traveler who shouts out 'Popeyes' past every exit on the highway. Yes, your chicken sandwich is THAT good. It gets 5 stars.“
