“Goshen Pizza is a hidden gem! Easily, the best thin-crust pizza I've ever had, and their garlic knots are to die for! I remember the first time I went there when they had just opened, and they sure have come a long way with the renovations and additional seating area! Resmi, the owner, is a really nice guy, and his staff is excellent!“

“The Tuesday steak night was verry good. Perfect. So I was verry happy with everything and so was my company.I went there a year ago and had a bad experience but I'd say they redeemed themselves this time. 12.99 for a NY strip and sides was awesome but you do have to buy a drink atleast a soda and im sure that cost 3 or 4 bucks making the dinner deal almost 20 anyways but still well worth it and I will definitely return on a Tuesday for another steak. Even my 3yr old chowed it down like a beast...so I can't wait... I hope they are consistent this time. I imagine they will be.“

“This is third time ordering from here owner super nice food usually outstanding but ordered a tuna grinder today and was absolutely disgusting it was cooked hot not sure WHy as that's not how it was ordered and was missing toppings ordered but main problem was it was sooo soggy when picked up it just fell apart and was all wet. To owner please please ask going forward if people want their sandwiches hot or assume if they don't mention hot grinder then that means they want it cold!!very disappointing ?!“

“A real hole in the wall- don't expect to eat in this location. Take out is good, we always get pizza. There's some good specialty pizza choices, like the house favorite , is OUR favorite. One complaint is they put a bit to much olive oil on the white pizzas though. overall one of the TOP pizza choices for Torrington. Not much more to say than that.“

“The Berkshire Tavern has been providing the best pizza in Torrington for many decades. After not visiting for almost 30 years, I was not dissecting as the food and drinks are high quality and the prices are very affordable. Our server Eve was both friendly and very attentive. Highly recommend.“

“The food was decent ( we had cheese ravioli with marinara and chicken frances) but overpriced for what is was. The marinara sauce was a little watery so the ravioli just kind of sat on top of it but it had decent flavor.The salad was fresh and the bread was good too. The waitress was friendly.“

“I've driven by Bantam Pizza for years, and I think before this only stopped once. It's a cute exterior, it clearly used to be a house with a big front porch. The restaurant has a front and side entrance, although the side opens into the table area and looks a little cramped. The front you have more space to take it in. It still looks homey, with a pizza counter in the back of the "sitting room". The menu is pretty big with selections. I ultimately chose a steak sandwich, which had meat that was well seasoned. The cheese ratio was pretty good for this part of the country, and the bread was fresh. The mozzarella sticks were exactly what you think they are, and a little oily. My poor shirt suffered. The Oreo cake was not made in house, but so creamy and chocolately, who cares? The waitress was really friendly despite multitasking while she worked. Check on a table, then unload a box of soda. Check on tables, bring something to the basement. Her speed and good cheer throughout was impressive. It was good food and a good experience!“

“They are located behind a gas station in Litchfield, CT. They rank up there with Bigfoot and UFO's in terms of things you might randomly find while driving. That being said, make the effort. Their pizza is awesome, with perhaps the most perfect crust I've had. Everything else on their menu is well done, too. Why does all the magic happen behind a gas station?“

“Warm atmosphere with comfortable chairs and great lighting, Dishes according to their price, the calzone is large and you can add whatever you want, in terms of flavor they go overboard with the sauce, it was too much on each plate. The service was friendly although they were not attentive to the table, even though there were few tables (ask how everything is, if they want more water or so on). The price is reasonable.“

“After walking around on a cold, windy day hot, delicious pizza was perfect! We live supporting small businesses, and this family-owned place fit the bill. You can tell a lot of care and pride go into the preparation of the food. The tables were clean and well cared for, too, which is always appreciated. Great service and prompt delivery of the food. I ordered the Chicken Tender Platter was not dry and crispy, the BLT Club Sandwich needed just a tad more mayo a little dry but not a biggie because they gave a great portion of bacon, the pizza garlic with pepperoni just yummy. “Ordered pasta for the first time and it was awesome. My husband had the veal parm and he said it was the best he has had in a minute. Always have to order a pizza for the fridge every time we go. “Family restaurant with great service given what seemed like a hectic atmosphere. They need better management or a better system. Set up like a please be seated but attempted to run as a please wait here to be seated. Open kitchen, very loud and annoying. Upgrades need to be made. I had the baked Sicilian Penne with home made meatballs, tomato sauce, Ricotta cheese, penne, topped with Mozzarella. It was good, I finished it, however, needed more sauce and I'm not a big fan of penne but they have no angel hair. Debbie had the baked mannacotti and finished it too, so she liked it. Only 3 dressings for the dinner salad, blue cheese (yuk), ranch (yuk), and a house oil and vinegar which was not very good, what a waste of the .10 cent dinner salad. Bread was ok, kind of prebuttered but served with no butter, unacceptable. Lots of pizza options, grinders, and appetizers, but that's it. Good heavy trafficked location so they'll stay in business.“
