“We love this Wayback , We travel a little bit to get here since we live in Massachusetts, but well worth the drive . The cheesyburgers are to die for . They have cheese curds, which you dont find at too many places . I also love there, ceaser salad with crisp chicken . “Four of us enjoyed our lunch except we were seated an area with obvious huge table set up for 20 people. Once they all came in it was very noisy and the four of us had a hard time hearing each other. I would say to be mindful of such situations. I regret not asking to be moved.“

“We had a group of 7 and opted for the table wide chefs 5 course tasting menu. It was excellent... A bit pricy at $85/head, but definitely uniquely flavorful and deliberately paired. An additional $50 or so gives you a wine pairing with each course as well. Definitely would try it again as the menu is ever changing and evolving with the seasons.“

“This morning we had a dish called The Hungry Harvest at my favorite breakfast. shop. Three scrambled eggs, ham, bacon, avocado, shredded grilled potatoes, and a slice of toasted whole grain bread with notes of chocolate and coffee. Fabulous! “So, I came here for Brunch. We had to wait 1/2 hour to be seated. That's generally a good sign. The presentation of the food is very good. Some of the plates I saw are something to behold. The popovers look insaneI ordered the corn beef hash. I ordered it well done. It took longer than expected and came out completely dry and basically inedible. I flagged down a waitress ( turned out to be the owner ) and she was genuinely concerned that I received my food that way. Well, new plate, right away. She checked on me multiple times. As a business owner myself I totally appreciated the extra effort. My critiques: The service could be faster, but it's not horrible. The food is Fresh and the presentation is very good. The coffee is excellent and they have some excellent healthier options with good flavor ( I especially enjoyed the CHIA PUDDING and the smashed avocado ? So far, I give it a strong recommendation and I will be back to update after I try a few more items.“

“Place was very busy, but we were greeted and seated quickly. Our server, Paige, was very friendly and attentive even though she also had a party of twelve that she was handling (among other things!). We decided to sample soups and appetizers as our meal, so we started with French Onion soup and turkey vegetable soup. The turkey vegetable was just delicious and the French onion was average. Our appetizers were an absolute delight! We had seafood stuffed mushrooms, grilled sea scallops with honey apple maple glaze, shrimp tempura with coconut lime drizzle, and butternut ravioli in a nutmeg cream sauce. What a delight for the tastebuds! Everything was perfectly cooked and presented. We decided to try the chocolate torte for dessert and were not disappointed! It was warm and gooey and so good! “Great find. Stopped by for lunch on a recent Sunday. Lots of beers and ciders to choose from. Food was really good...we had a meatball sub and a Reuben roll (think calzone) and some of the best fries around. Very casual atmosphere and what looked like a nice patio. Service was friendly and relaxed. Lots of tvs for watching sports. Highly recommend and we look forward to visiting again.“

We decided to try “Their Homemade Stuffed Strawberry French Toast with Cornflake Crust “ Which was Really Quite Delicious. The chef displayed it in our plates in such an elegant manner you almost didn’t want to ruin it by eating it. The staff was all polite and friendly. Great Coffee. Excellent Choice for Breakfast. “Went to Metro Bis for the first time (but have been a LONG time fan of Chef Chris!) this weekend. We were looking for somewhere special for lunch for my son's 21st birthday. This fit the bill and was perfect! It was a reasonable set price ($30) for 2 courses (lunch main and a dessert or salad/soup) and tons of amazing choices. You pay a little extra for appetizers and for drinks, of course. All 5 of us got something different for mains from a beefy eggplant parm to flat iron steak to crab cakes to a burger to short rib sandwich. They were ALL amazing. The quinoa salad on all of our plates was a welcome surprise and so refreshing. The desserts were varied as well with a fabulous creme brulee and panna cotta, and surprisingly even a dairy free option that was so delicious (Coconut & Chia Seed Semifreddo). I can really appreciate a restaurant that has a non-dairy creamer option for my coffee. To top it off, the service was PERFECT and the atmosphere was so relaxing. They even put a candle in my son's dessert just because we mentioned it in the reservation - such attention to detail! I'll definitely go again (trying to figure out how to get my girls group to make the drive!) So happy I finally got to Metro Bis. Faith Middleton would be proud! ;)“

“I've been going for karaoke night every other Wednesday... Kelli (Kellioke) has a lot of songs, including recent ones, and she does a great show. Nina (server at the bar) is fantastic. The bar is quaint and historic, and there is a cute outdoor seating area. Stop in sometime!“

This is definitely one of them and it brings a little bit of history, out of this very shop the founding brothers of friendly's started their summer business of selling ice cream at " the summer house. " The brick structure that is the basis of the restaurant today was the historical summer house for friendly's. At that time congamond lakes was a huge summer destination for people in the area. “My daughter and I go here often after school or after activities. Most of the staff have great personalities and the restaurant usually isn't too bad as far as cleanliness goes. Sometimes the tables and seats could be a little cleaner but its not terrible. The pizza is really good, reminds me of papa ginos (which is my favorite pizza ever). My daughter loves their mozzarella sticks and their sauces for the wings are my absolute favorite! I love the buffalo barbecue sauce, it's delicious! I wouldn't recommend the chicken wraps though, tried a couple times now hoping the first time was a one off but really not the best item on the menu. Got a nasty stomach ache after both times trying one.“

“We have always enjoyed our dining experiences at LaNotte for both food and service. For Easter we ordered an Easter family meal special and were very happy with everything! The food was delicious and hot, plus an ample amount of food provided!! We have lots of leftovers too!! “Made 530 appt by phone. Arrived 515. Was told there was a big party being served and our meal might take a little longer. We didn't get our meal for almost 75 minute. Guess I need to ask when I make a reservation if there is a big party being served. If I had known it would take this long we would have eaten somewhere else. We were not happy as we had let the server know. You would think we would have been offered a free drink or dessert but that didn't happen. Very disappointed in the sevice. Maybe they need to hire more kitchen help. We spent almost $160 for our meal. We did leave a good tip for the server as this wasnt his fault. Steve P.“

“The place is a little quirky....everyone seems to know everyone so its a little intimidating at first but the staff is welcoming and the beer selection is fantastic. The only food I've had is the roast beef sandwich which was suggested by another customer and she was right on. It was fresh, warm and pretty tasty. They had trivia going on when I was there and it seemed well received. The building is old and unique and the fireplace makes the room. Parking is a little tight but its not a big deal to park across the street. We have been twice now and its a do again for sure.“
