“Comfortable bar stools with the height of the bar being about perfect. Cold draft beer at a reasonable price, attentive bar tender. Definitely a "locals" kind of place and the ones I met were all friendly. If you're looking for an old school kind of bar, this place fits the bill. I live about 20 miles away and don't find myself in the neighborhood often but when I'm in the area, it's a great place to have a few relaxing beers....“

“We were a party of four on a Friday night at 7:30. People filled the place by 8:30. There was a $15 cover to see Take it to the Bridge. The sound in the place is fantastic and the band was awesome. We also ate dinner from the cafe. I had the Nashville Chicken sandwich with house chip that was on the specials menu for the night (mild, medium, hot) $17. The sandwich was very large, cooked perfectly and it was delicious. I ordered it spicy hot, but it had no spice at all. There was a slight taste of ranch, I think they spread some on the bun. The waitress didn't come over to ask how everything was so I didn't get a chance to get hot sauce of any kind. I also tried the panko chicken sandwich, which was also excellent. The chicken was lightly battered, it was pretty much had the texture of a grilled chicken sandwich. It had lettuce, tomato, pickles, aioli, and bacon. The chicken was tender and juicy and the bacon was crispy. I would recommend going for the music and the food. The menu is small, but has plenty of healthy and not so healthy option to please a wide variety of tastes.“

“1st timers at Longo Ristorante & Pizzeria. Made a reservation and table was ready when we arrived. Enjoyed a wonderful meal including 2 of the specials. The meatball appetizer is delicious. Also enjoyed the house spiked seltzer. The staff surprised us with a dessert & candle to celebrate our daughters birthday. We will go back.“

“Fabulous antique home with many seating options both inside and out. Interesting architecture inside and great picnic vibe outside. The beer menu was diverse from DIPAs to NWIPA to sours and cider. I found the NEIPA to be very good with grapefruit undertones. But the cream ale was middle of the road to in my opinion. The inside was fun and comfortable, until we were driven outside by a woman at the next table whose volume rose increasingly. It would have been fine but she was excruciatingly boring. In the end I want to thank her. The outside was delightful!! You can bring in your own food, and there is a lot of seating. Overall a great experience!!!“

“Sat at the bar and had a happy-hour appetizer, mussels, and clam strips. All were great! Scored a reduced price on our drinks as well. It's Right downtown on the main street near the bridge. Kind of dark inside and not sure if outdoor seating is an option...but afterall we were there in April.“

“It's absolutely one of the best breakfast stops we've ever made. The staff was so friendly and they were kind enough to find us a spot. I recommend reservations for this spot. It's extremely small and very busy, but it's quaint and cozy. The food was to die for. I don't know what they put on the homefries, but they were delicious. The blueberry pancakes are a must try if you stop. I'm definitely going again with reservations.“

“Superb comfort food with a twist in a sleek space with excellent music. The Betty White pizza with super-thin NY style crust, white cheeses and hot honey is superb! Meatballs with salad and garlic bread is entirely crave-worthy. The beet and Greek salads are delicious, and the wings are outstanding. The ambiance encourages gathering and lingering. My guest declared her espresso martini, "outstanding." Just... GO!“

“Hoofs has always been a favorite of ours. This past visit, we were disappointed that there was no home made hummus that usually comes with the bread. In addition, we felt the prices had gone way up compared to previous visits. The food was very good,as usual, but with the current prices we won't be going as often as we were previously. $45 for a scallop dish.“
