“Tops is the tops for a Chinese food in the Stonington Pawcatuck Westerly area. Wow they are not very communicative, they are very nice people once you get to know them. I find their take-out meals to have plenty of fish pork beef and chicken in their dishes.“

“So very disappointed. Was there with a disabled person and treated terribly by customers and wait staff. Food was not good and service was terrible. Have been there previously and had a much better experience. I am not sure what changed but definitely will not go back or recommend this place if the same rude waitress is there. So very disappointed.“

“We chose Dog Watch in Stonington to celebrate our 30th anniversary and is always so welcoming, our server was Sara and she took very good care of us. My husband had soda and I had a spicy watermelon margarita which was delicious. I started with a shrimp and roasted corn chowder . We both had an order of our favorite clams casino. My husband had his favorite lobster blt . We shared an order of bang bang shrimp and my main course was the Dog Watch salad. For dessert we had limoncello and key lime pie. Everything was delicious. The evening was a lovely memory. We look forward to our next visit.“

“I was a chef for a while and I know it’s breakfast and lunch but it’s breakfast and lunch done right with the extra details . Some places do over load with portions to get you full . Nothing wrong with that but I don’t like eating heavy and this place had the right portions but you can taste the “extra” love in the food . I’m glad I found this place I’ll definitely be back again and again !!!!“

“As always, we love our experience at Ella's, We are never disappointed. My husband had the halibut which was a special and he is still talking about it. In his words "every time we go to Ella's, we are treated to a delicious meal. It is always so creative and innovative". I had the salmon and forbidden rice which I love. One in our party had a new menu item which was made with pork belly. Definitely, next on our agenda. It looked so tempting. Thanks, Jeanie and James.“

“When we decided to take a day trip to Mystic, Connecticut, I asked my Insta friend @mysticlocal for recommendations. Top of his list for breakfast was Sift Bakery, and rightly so. Gorgeous French pastries that taste as good as they look, and a beautiful interior. It was tough to choose, but eventually I picked this exquisite orange pistachio pastry. Pistachio financier with pistachio ganache, orange vanilla pastry cream and pistachio Bavarian. Heavenly ??This great pastry shop is the perfect way to start your day in Mystic. (You'll be walking a lot, so you'll probably burn off the calories ?)“

“So good. LOVE this place! The Khao Soi with duck is to die for. Ask for spicy if you like heat. The owners are Lao and in my view their Laotian dishes are the best. They make some outstanding pho and wonton soup as well. Five stars all the way.“

“Excellent from start to finish. Sat on the patio for dinner. We shared meatballs for the appetizer and they were some of the best I have eaten at a restaurant, nice touch of basil. Our party tried a couple of pasta dishes and scallops and risotto and all were delightful. Service was professional, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.“

“Last evening I had what is possibly the best meal I’ve ever had in our area of SE Connecticut. We had the Tasting for Two at Whitecrest Eatery - Pork Schnitzel with Buttered Peas, Roasted Root Vegetables, and Lingonberry Compote. Absolutely everything was fresh, including the meat. The Schnitzel was light as a feather, the coating crisp, and the pork juicy and clean tasting. The peas were so delicious, I could have eaten a whole pot of them. I didn’t know food could taste this marvelous! Service was great, even the music playlist was fabulous! The dessert, Lemon Ice Cream with a raspberry reduction and crumbled cookie, was, again, light and refreshing, obviously fresh made. It was what I imagine dinner in heaven would be like.“

“An upscale but friendly restaurant, Rio has a relaxed in an upscale setting. The food is Mexican, not tex-mex. Everyone at our table enjoyed the food. The staff are very attentive and friendly. I had the impression the place is family run. We will definitely be going back.Vegetarian options: I noted some dishes have portobello mushrooms as the "meat" option. Other dishes had all vegetable options.Kid-friendliness: The kids menu has a good selection. The food comes on a divided plate in case you have a picky eater.“

“Excellent atmosphere, service, libations and fare! Where else can you go to a Colonial Tavern-Restaurant that was built before the American Revolutionary War. I've been with my wife for a few special occasions but have also photographed a wedding celebration here.Chef Renee and company know what they are doing. If you're anything like me, you'll love the uniqueness of everything Oyster Club has to offer, from the the dishes to The Treehouse. This is New England fine dining at its best.If you're in the area (and even if you're not; just make a reservation and plan a drive), you have to stop for a meal at Oyster Club!“

“We have consistently ordered sushi from here for the last few years, through the pandemic and all with take out. The sushi is always really fresh, delicious and very consistent! We love it and honestly place koi at the top of 9ur list for sushi when we travel. Definitely will keep coming back.“
“Loved getting the flights of the many choices they had. We got a cheese and olive platter, which was great. It was such a nice day I wish they had some outdoor seating, which is the only reason for the non 5 star rating. I would rate this 4.5, but being in Westerly I would have loved to have the option to be outside and enjoy the delicious cider.“

“The food was absolutely delicious. We were looking for a great breakfast and we were not disappointed. The cooked goose breakfast sandwich was out of this world. The pancakes were huge and fluffy and the bacon was cooked to perfection. The biscuits and gravy with the house made chicken sausage was phenomenal. My husband highly recommends the Mexican style homefries. Melissa is the best waitress ever and they should give her a raise. The service was impeccable. We left with happy full bellies and big smiles on our faces.“

“Lovely restaurant, perfect for our anniversary, but also a fun bar at the front. People at happy hour were really enjoying themselves, and down the hallway is the main restaurant overlooking the water. Lovely and quiet. Diverse menu with great options for omnivores and vegans. I appreciate a vegan menu, with courses created as vegan—not a dish intended for omnivores with something missing (that always disappoints). The moussaka was awesome! Service was friendly and flawless! Just lovely!“

“A great Thai restaurant off the to the side of the center of Westerly. Portions were enough for left overs, appetizers were well worth the money, and the food was phenomenal (so good that we went back the following day too). “A really lovely place owned and operated by really lovely people. Our breakfast sandwich was delicious and we had a great chat with the father and son team who owns the bakery. The ciabatta for our sandwich (made in house) was noticeably leveled up. This is exactly the kind of gem you’d hope to find while exploring a new place - just wish we had found it sooner so that we could have returned! We’ll be back ?“

“My husband and I have getting cakes, cookies and cupcakes from Vesta for years. They are always accommodating. The prices are the best you will find with a real baker who puts her heart into all she makes. Recently we ordered some sugar cookies for My moms birthday. I wanted red cardinal's and italian horns. She nailed it better then I could of imagined. White sugar cookies with gold italian horns with gold powder. BEAUTIFUL. I got them in honor of my grandmother that just past. They made My mom cry.So happy to have them in town from Saturday morning pastries to special occasions cakes. Best around!Parking: Lots of spots on both sides of the road. “We had an unforgettable experience! It was a snowy Saturday in late February when we arrived. We indulged in a variety of IPAs at this charming classic home, built in the 18th century New England style. The layout was superb, offering plenty of tables and seats to choose from. The bartender, Justin, proudly informed us that all the murals were original, leaving us in awe! They were reminiscent of the Wadsworth Atheneum (CT), showcasing their age and historical significance. Whether you’re here for the beer or not, this building is worth exploring with its iconic status. What an incredible opportunity to tour such a historic gem! We’ll definitely return to enjoy more delicious beer.“

“It's absolutely one of the best breakfast stops we've ever made. The staff was so friendly and they were kind enough to find us a spot. I recommend reservations for this spot. It's extremely small and very busy, but it's quaint and cozy. The food was to die for. I don't know what they put on the homefries, but they were delicious. The blueberry pancakes are a must try if you stop. I'm definitely going again with reservations.“

“There are MANY great reasons to eat here! We've been patronizing Two Little Fish for around 25 years or more, going back to when they were on Granite Street. I was surprised when I discovered I didn't write a review for them until now. The food has ALWAYS been fresh, wild-caught, and sustainable. They lightly bread their seafood so you don't have a ton of extra breading. We had the sea scallops yesterday and they were fresh, juicy, and so delicious! We would eat here everyday if we could afford it. Their portions are always large and one meal is usually enough for 2 people, depending on how hungry you are. We like that they don't overwhelm you with a ton of extra french fries. Their cole slaw is delicious, too, but a tiny bit too sweet for my taste. The service is quick and with a smile, very polite employees. The owner works very hard to keep a great reputation. The ambiance is "beachy" with indoor/outdoor seating. The decor is nautical. Please read the description/photo I've enclosed as there is more information I haven't mentioned in this review. It's on the back of their menu of their paper menu. Takeaways: If you love fresh, delicious seafood ... Two Little Fish is the place for you! They are only opened seasonally so check to make sure they're still opened before you make the drive out there.“

“My wife and I have been searching for a diner that offers breakfast and lunch throughout New London County and the Westerly, Rhode Island area. In New London County, we found two locations (Irene's Family Restaurant and Ocean Pizza Restaurant and Seafood House) with a delicious lunch and dinner menu selection but no breakfast. However, Herb's Country Deli & Restaurant was the only diner with a delicious breakfast and lunch menu selection that my wife and I have found. We are delighted to review a new location in Westerly, Rhode Island, called Kelley's Deli, which offers a delicious breakfast and lunch menu. During our visit, we noticed the diner was clean, plenty of comfortable seating, and the wait staff was enjoyable. We were there for breakfast for our first visit, and the only way to describe the meal was that it was delicious. I did not provide any pictures so the readers of this review could go directly to the diner's website and establish their own opinions based on the menu descriptions and pictures. Without a doubt, by the time you reach the end of the menu, you will most likely be drooling and only choose to visit Kelley's Deli to experience the delicious food they serve. As for my wife and I, we will be returning to Kelley's Deli to taste the lunch menu. We will not be disappointed if it is as delicious as the breakfast menu. Cheers.“

“It's a really nice environment to be in. If you're like me and prefer less crowded restaurants, go for dinner as late as possible. We went at 7pm, and it was the ONLY time I've seen empty seats there. I'm just not a fan of packed places. The food is amazing, and I love looking into the kitchen to see what the cooks are preparing. Thank you for a great time, each time!Parking: There's a parking lot in the rear of the building; super convenient. There's also street parking towards the front of the building as well.“

“Small, quaint thia restaurant. Vegan friendly and delicious. Great, friendly, quick service.Vegetarian options: Mango sticky rice is fantastic. Tofu was prepared perfectly and used as a protein substitute. Vegetables were cooked to perfection; they were not too hard and were not too soft.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs. Can use wheelchair to get inside. It's very small inside, about five tables, so possibly would need to transfer person to a chair or bench, and fold up wheelchair while eating.“

“Foods good no complaints except when ordering extra toppings you really don't get extra it's almost the standard amount in turn the standard amount is a little light. Also the meat toppings are crumbled which is terrible I'm used to whole slices and not razor thin. Excellent calzones they are huge, tomato sauce is delicious. One word of caution food isn't always consistent. Check your order before you leave, make sure is prepared the way it's normally made by the store.Dietary restrictions: Good gluten-free pizza“

“Normally we have good luck here, but not tonight! Sat at the bar, ordered a chicken ceaser salad with extra hot chicken(thinking I would get at least warm chicken). Nope cold chicken. We had a woman who I've never had before ask what kind of dressing I wanted on my caesar salad. At that point I knew I was in trouble. We got our food, I did not eat any of it due to the COLD chicken, woman never came back to check on us, never realized I ate none of it. Asked for boxes and still said nothing. Unbelievable.“
