“Stopped in for the first time tonight, and we will definitely be repeat customers. We had the chicken bao bun appetizer, French onion chicken dinner & NY strip dinner. The only thing better than the food and cocktails was the service! Everyone who worked there was friendly and very welcoming. Loved every minute of our experience!”

Ordered nachos and my husband ordered a combo platter. I thought it was pretty good! Still not as good as Mexican food in the Bronx, but we'll definitely order from them again.”

“i’ve been searching for a new go go sandwich spot in southbury - got a little sick of the other stuff around - this place did not disappoint!!! they took my order quick cashed me out and i only waited about 4 min for my sandwich!!! really REALLY good chicken salad … the bacon was not fatty or cold or old tasting like it sat out - fresh lettuce and tomato - clearly fresh rolls … i will be back asap!!!”

“Food is excellent! Used to be an Oriental Gourmet in Southbury customer but switched because the quality and taste of their food degraded so much within the last year or so and never got better. Plus errors with take out orders were the last straw. Fortune House is definitely worth the trip from Southbury to Southford! Highly recommend this restaurant!”

“We were coming from Maine when we got off Southbury for gas. Googled for a place to get lunch. We found Leo's a casual dining place but the food is excellent. I had the Berry delicious salad with grilled chicken which was served with bocco bread. It was a complete healthy meal. My boys ordered burger and bocco kielbasa which they say were also excellent. My daughter in law to be ordered the Bocco chicken with perfect seasoned marination. My husband had the Steak bocco which he also thoroughly enjoyed. You leave the place content and satisfied. Next year on our vacation, I will include Leo's in my itinerary to stop by in going and coming back. By the way Bocco is a round dough bread like pita but buttered just right, it's delicious by itself.”

“I visited the establishment today to have a meal. I ordered their wings and a grilled buffalo chicken wrap. The food was delicious. We chose to sit outside due to the pleasant weather. Unfortunately, we were seated next to an individual who was having a loud phone conversation. It would have been preferable if he had taken the call elsewhere. Despite this inconvenience, the restaurant was quite busy and the food was served hot and fresh.”

“To reviewer tmG9470YS - I think you have reviewed the wrong bakery. Our bakery is spotless, all our baked goods are baked fresh and we don't even use the dumpsters (we dont want to attract bears). So I don't know where you went and a found a dirty bakery and found box mixes in the dumpsters it was not Southbury Baking Company. It must have been another local bakery. “Usually this is our go to bakery for birthday cakes and event cakes . Our favorite go to is typically vanilla with whip cream and pudding filling with fruit inside. I decided to come here for my sons first birthday cake and I requested that we did “dancing fruit” aka Hey bear youtube baby sensory cake with chocolate mouse flavor. Not only was it delicious but it was absolutely adorable and beautiful!! Words can not describe how happy and excited everyone was with this cake including my 1year old son. I would highly recommend to everyone. Thank you again to the bakers and cake designer for this beautiful cake❤️”

“I’ve been a fan and customer of Villarina’s Southbury for many years for far too many reasons to list ... but the most important one is the owners who are family and treat everyone like family!❤️ This is a quick review to say YUMMMM!!! Before the “stay at home” order went into effect, I stocked up on their frozen dinners and lots of pasta sauce. Always love having these in our house and especially so now. We recently tried the frozen linguine w/white clam sauce I had picked up. It was our first time for this dinner and WOW! It was fabulous. My husband says it’s the best he’s ever had. It’s not something I typically eat but loved it. We’ll add it to our list of things to pick-up. Thanks as always!!!”
