“I ordered a turkey Club and a ham, bacon, cheese sandwich and both came without bacon. I took it back to the counter and the guy said I didn't order bacon. I said, I did but no matter ,I would be glad to pay for the difference. He promptly put two cold pieces of bacon on each sandwich and then proceeded to toss the plates on to the table for us. I will never be back here again.Update 08/18/19 Well I have gone back and the management has changed staff now and I now rate 4 stars instead of 1. They have really turned it around.The chicken Vermonter is downright addicting it's so good . Great reversal guys. One last thing, please stop cleaning the trays with the same cloth that has never been washed and smells like stale water and you will get 5 starsx. 12/13/24 they have stopped using old cloth to clean the tables so now it is 5 stars . Great turnaround guys”

“It was pretty classic the service was the worst it’s ever been here just slow. Clearly understaffed. The food was good though it always is.

“Utsav is definitely the best Indian restaurant in the area. The inside is charming and the service is every bit as good as a very high end restaurant. The cocktails are amazing with fresh ingredients and you get your money’s worth with the pours!

The food is incredible - I think we’ve tried just about every dish on the menu and we have never had a bad experience. You can really taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Our favorites are Kodi Vepudu, Uppukari, and Aadu Mappas. While the food is fantastic enough to justify ordering takeout whenever you are in the mood, you should really dine in for the full experience.

Whenever we go, the waitstaff is attentive and on top of everything. They will even pack you more rice for leftovers and we have gotten extra dessert when we asked to take ours home because we couldn’t finish it!

This place is worth every penny, I would happily drive an hour or more to have dinner here.”

“I tried this place for the very first time, and I must say I'm so glad I gave them a shot, I'll be back! I ordered General Tso's Chicken along with some plain lo-mein. I loved that they had the option to get it plain! Even though it's plain it still comes in a very flavorful tasty sauce. The General Tso's chicken sat for about 15 minutes on the commute back, and it still was crispy, flavorful, and delicious after! I appreciate the option to spice everything up!”

First, they serve everything in plastic, glasses, salsa, plates... being from Europe where plastic is now banned for almost a decade, that has been quite shocking to see that nobody cares about it in the US. There is no planet B people!! Second, they do not serve alcohol. A Margarita would have been welcome with my dinner.”

“Vernon Coffee Roasters is a welcome addition to Vernon. If you haven't tried their coffee yet, give it a try! The flavor is superb! They offer a poor over which is a must try. Absolutely amazing! Along with excellent coffee is the friendliest owner and staff you could meet.”

“My husband and I just picked up from here yesterday when we saw it passing by and we were totally impressed! We usually go to PokeDon in South Windsor but we split a spicy tuna bowl and not only was it absolutely delicious, but the customer service was great too. Give this place a chance, we will definitely be back ourselves.”

“Kevin has amazing roasted beans. There are so many flavors, you will not be disappointed. We only use his beans for our French Press coffee, we have become spoiled by how well they are roasted and NOT burnt. He is levels above Starbucks and their burnt beans with loads of flavored sugar to try to make it taste good.”

“I'm visiting from out of state, and I like to find places to eat that I don't have back home. I love loaded fries, so this was a no-brainer for me. I ordered the taco fries without jalapeños. The service was great, the presentation was gorgeous, and the taste was excellent. The fries themselves, aside from any toppings, are thick-cut, earthy-tasting, legitimate freshly-made from handcut potatoes. The toppings were generous and flavorful, and didn't taste generic or store-bought. 10/10 would recommend, and I hope to eat here again on future visits to the area!”

The decor is a little dated so if classier atmosphere is what you're looking for go elsewhere. If you want well prepared italien food, larger portions, reasonable prices, friendly, efficient waitstaff and in a warm, family familiar setting....you have arrived!”

“Great team that works here! They always do their best to make sure our food is on time (when ordering on the app, which is much better than having to wait in line), and are very friendly and positive. Our orders are always correct and they do their best to accommodate if they're out of a particular ingredient. They've done a great job adapting to the COVID pandemic and were one of the few restaurants that were open for take-out when the state allowed it. My only wish is that they were one of the stores that honors the $5 foot long deals that are advertised.”

“Service was outstanding. Owner explained specials walked around visiting customers making sure everything was great. Started with shrimp cocktail and stuffed mushrooms. Moved into the scallop dinner and wife had a pasta dish oh and the homemade soup then dessert all food was incredible can’t say enough good about this place”

“Went to a private birthday party in the vip room. There are 6 lanes,a bar and plenty of seating. The food was buffet style and it was ok, nothing to rave about. It was basically wings and pizza.It's a great place for a kids birthday party.”

We had more than enough food to go around and the people at Jamaican kitchen were so helpful in making our party a great success! Special thanks to Lisa for her patience and kindness working with us! “Cute little chain with pretty good quality food. For a chain this restaurant is a nice step up with good food. Went here for trivia which was a lot of fun- modern questions and not too loud. We enjoyed some appetizers such as mozz sticks and had pizza. Overall really enjoyed and recommend”
