“Sat at the bar and shared a couple of beers. Our bartender was very attentive, and checked up on us frequently. The bar area was clean and so was the bathroom. We came at an off time so it wasn’t busy. It was nice that day, they had the garage doors open with some tables sitting in that entry way. A bit too chilly for me, but some people were taking advantage of the fresh air. We didn’t have any food.“

“Sunday Brunch is the best. My table mates and I ordered a variety of food items, so I feel safe in saying the food was delicious! I was a little disappointed that while dessert was offered, they were out of a lot of choices (ice cream, sorbet, and others). Ultimately, we skipped dessert.“

“Came here a few times and food was great! The service the other times were about a 6/10 but it was busier. Today we came for brunch and we received exceptional service! Taisha was a friendly and a super attentive bartender. We loved her! Wilson the cook was dope as well! I like my wings abnormally well done and the cook came out to ask me how I wanted them. He was so nice! The music is a vibe too! I loved the staff, they made our experience a 10/10!!! Ps- blue cheese dressing is fire as is the Rasta pasta- everything fresh and homemade! Unlimited mimosas for $20 and Tasha kept them coming! 10/10 for today ?“

“This is a great spot to meet friends but I do miss the couches on the patio where I used to sit and read in the summer. Their drinks menu is always updated. Got the Chocolate Pecan Martini and my friend got the Sweetheart Martini which has White Chocolate liqueur, Rumchata and Grenadine for the pink color. Both were delicious. My friend ordered the Pear Salad but substituted feta for the Gorgonzola and added chicken. I got the risotto special which came with poached salmon, which I exchanged for grilled salmon. The salmon was perfectly cooked and melted in my mouth. I usually bring part of my entree home but the risotto was so good and the right size, so I just finished it off! If you are debating what to order, definitely go for the short rib entree - the perfect comfort food over mashed potatoes! I love the cozy couches inside and the dark lighting which gives a very intimate feel. I would love to sit at the bar or the kitchen bar sometime, but have sat in the side dining room, the main dining room and patio at various times. All great spots, although the main dining area was a little chilly by the door one visit and the hostess kindly moved us to an interior table. The lighting in the newer dining area is brighter if that matters to you.“

“Roger El Capi #elmexifoodie Review:Flaming Hartford unquestionably reigns as the ultimate Peruvian restaurant, and our second visit only reinforced our adoration for this culinary haven. The cozy ambiance envelops you, evoking a sense of warmth and familiarity. The Pollo SALTADO, along with the a Flaming Burger pobre, highlights the exceptional quality of their beef, tantalizing your taste buds with every bite. And let's not forget about their CEVICHE—it surpasses all previous encounters, leaving you in awe of its unparalleled taste. The tacos de lomo, and mixed chufa, paired with their remarkable green sauce, create a flavor explosion that is simply extraordinary. To quench our thirst, we savored the delightful Chicha Morada and passionfruit juice, a refreshing elixir that perfectly complements the vibrant flavors of the cuisine. We also indulged in the delectable chicken and waffles, as well as numerous other mouthwatering dishes during our visit. The drinks were a true delight, each sip offering a burst of deliciousness. It goes without saying that we will be returning with more friends and family to share in this incredible culinary experience. Flaming Hartford has secured its place in our hearts and our future dining plans.“
