Shrimp tacos were juicy, Pibil tacos were moist, and carne asada tacos were flavorful (best one)! Have to say this place maybe our new taco place in the neighborhood. Will be visiting again soon.
Happy to have Chimalli in the neighborhood! We sat outside for breakfast and I had the breakfast burrito which was excellent. The service was great too. I will definitely return! (Note: the menu has changed a bit from the picture that is posted).

Mixed bag: dinner food was great (best Guac I've had in DC actually and birria de res soup was filling and bountiful). The service was also very good and attentive, and the music in the patio was perfect. I really liked a lot about the place, so it was a bummer that the patio is littered with trash and looks pretty scrappy -- it and the bathroom could use some regular TLC.
