Their dinner and service at dinner are great, however their new weekday coffee bar service is in desperate need of additional employees. Two employees working the counter is not sufficient for the amount of customers they receive; frequently resulting in lines out of the door.
I'd been craving the perfect pastry since my trip to Paris and I found the prettiest, most delicious croissants right here in DC at Petite Cerise. There is seating both upstairs and downstairs, and the restaurant is beautifully decorated. When you walk in, you'll pass the bar and get to the pastry counter, where they prepare the pastries either to go orders or for patrons in the restaurant. The service was really good.The train was having issues and we were an hour late for our table, we called and they were totally understanding even though they were booked out.Food was good, not amazing however it’s price well the location.
