The tocino burger at Pogi Boy is something you're drawn to because of how it looks and then you realize that it's something better as a theory than executed. The flavors are great individually but I just think that it's a little too sweet for my taste. Although, the bun doesn't quite go well because it adds yet another layer of sweetness. I think the idea of having sweet Filipino flavors meshing together is a good idea but it's just a lot of sweetness at once.
