My friend and I tried Sima Sushi last night for the first time and were pretty satisfied! The menu is a bit expensive but the prices are valid because Sima Sushi has the best quality out of any other revolving sushi bars in the area. I ended up ordering most of my items off the tablet because it was easier to keep track of what I was getting and spending that way. As a former Chicagoan, there are many things I miss about my old home. One of which is our plethora of rotating sushi places, so I was super excited after passing this place a few months ago. I finally ventured in this evening, and I was not disappointed. The staff were very friendly upon our arrival. The sushi itself was very good! You could see the chefs prepare them. We spent a lot of money on dishes (noticeably more expensive than kura) but everything tasted so fresh and GOOD compared to kura.
