The space is clean, though the booths are a little snug for comfort. Our waiter was clearly new and stumbled a bit with the menu, but their kindness and prompt service smoothed over any hiccups. I ordered my pad Thai and the very kind man working there made it to order right in front of me. We ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai, Kapow Goong Gai, and the Maryland Crab Roll, and every dish was bursting with flavor. Our waiter, Steve, was incredible—so kind and personable. He not only gave us fantastic food and travel tips for our upcoming trip to Thailand but also taught us how to pronounce and order some of the dishes we loved. It was such a thoughtful touch! “Enjoyed lunch with a friend here. We sat outside and while the weather was lovely, the trucks going by on Connecticut Avenue made it hard to hear. Our meals of the lunch special were tasty and spiced just enough to enjoy without mouth burning. I liked my Pad Ginger with Pork served with a green salad with a memorable peanut sauce.
