“Great Thai food. The phuket surprise was delicious as was the mango salad, and the mango sticky rice was great. The chicken green curry was good (I've had better). Atmosphere is very nice - but very crowded and can get loud. Definitely worth going “
“Ordered off the lunch specials menu. Good selection, fast service. I like that they have tofu as on of their protein options. Tasty green curry and veggie spring rolls. Companion enjoyed chicken pad thai.Vegetarian options: Tofu is listed as one of the proteins-you don't have to ask for special prep of a dish without meat.Parking: Very limited parking midweek at 1pm.“
“I will definitely be back. I ordered the crab Rangoon's to start. My main was the massaman curry, it was delicious! I really enjoyed the potatos in it. The whole dish was great and had the mango sticky rice dessert, definitely recommend. The restaurant is small but nice, cute decor and they do offer some beers and wine.“
“Our server was amazingly attentive and friendly. The food was delicious - we ordered a variety of items and everyone was very pleased with their order.Vegetarian options: There is a good amount of vegetarian options, definitely recommend for a vegetarian.“
“Really great Thai food and friendly service and decent pricing. Simple yet fine interior. I tried and enjoyed - the curry fish cakes (crispy, well spiced, a little spicy), great wrapped in lettuce with the sweet dipping sauce - drunken noodles with pork which has perfectly chewy noodles with a lot of flavor, a ton of perfectly cooked and tasty veggies - pad see ewe with beef and gai lan (so glad it wasn't broccoli) I did find I had to drink a lot of water after likely due to a ton of sodium. If you want spice ask for the condiments and try the dry chili. It's delicious and packs a real punch. Our friends enjoyed the crispy fried tofu appetizer and pad Thai with tofu“
“Everything so delicious here. Feel like I am in Thailand. อร่อยทุกอย่างเลยค่ะ เหมือนอยู่เมืองไทย ขอบคุณพี่ไก่ ที่พามาทานค่ะ ❤️“
“After hearing great reviews, we were eager to try out this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful ambiance. The Thai design elements, including large fixtures on the ceiling, added a unique touch to the décor. While the food looked and tasted good overall, it was a bit too sweet for our personal preference. Nevertheless, the service was fantastic and contributed to a great overall experience.“
“Beautiful Atmosphere! The thai art is at authentic and it is shipped in from Thailand! The time art clock is a must see And there is a realtor Tuk Tuk inside the restaurant!Vegetarian options: Most dishes are vegan and must add a meat selection.Dietary restrictions: Vegan and keto friendlyKid-friendliness: Kids would love the art!Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible!“
“I found this place one night when I was walking up the street. They were closed for the evening and I made a mental note to return. Sure enough, the next evening I was there. The food is delicious. I had the Pad See Ew. The hot, broad rice noodles, with Chinese broccoli, and chicken were just what I needed on a cold, rainy night. There was a slight spice to it. I wanted to steer clear of too spicy. The menu offers Thai and Sushi. I believe there are some Asian-fusion dishes? There were many things I wanted to try. The Cousins were friendly and helpful. I look forward to returning and trying more dishes.“
“A wonderful new location for a fine local restaurant. We've done carry out several times and dined-in this weekend. The menu now seems to be larger with more variety than it was in the previous, tiny location. Food is superb. Service great. Another fine dining choice in McLean.“
“We were here very recently and enjoyed every aspect of our meal. Very homely, fresh vibes with clean tables and decorative plants spread throughout. Waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. Food came out fast (appetizer first), then meals. Not a ton of rice, but meal portions were large! We had the crispy green beans, chicken green curry, and fried pork. Everything was delicious, vegetables tasted so fresh and each dish, so flavorful. Curry was incredible, but will likely order spice level 2 next time as 3 was just slightly too hot (but not unbearable).Thai iced tea offered a sweet balance to the savory and spicy flavor from the food.Looking forward to coming back and trying some more of the authentic thai dishes!“
“I like this place. The food is good, with vegan and gluten-free options!(I have had *better* Thai food. All of Finn Thai's curry has fish sauce in it and can not be made vegan=no 5 star rating.)(Now that I think of it.... when I say I have had better Thai food, maybe it's because I'm comparing it to curry dishes I have had elsewhere, when here I was unable to have curry. Maybe I just like curry better? Lol. I'm just trying to be completely honest!)The food always comes out super fast!! Like, always surprisingly fast!! On Valentine's Day, for example, we went before the dinner rush (there was only one other table seated in the restaurant when we arrived), and without buying alcohol we were in and out in under 45 minutes! (I mention not having alcohol because if we were also taking time to enjoy drinks, it probably would have taken longer)Takeaway: In my experience, great for a quick *real* meal. Early dinner times always seem like a great time to go/not busy. Will be back. This is the closest restaurant to where I currently live with vegan/gluten-free options.Vegetarian options: Definitely ask!! A lot of dishes don't necessarily have tofu listed as a protein option, but in my experience, they are happy to use tofu instead of meat.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free and vegan options! All of the curry has fish sauce in it, which sucks as that is my favorite Thai dish. I don't remember everything being labeled well on the menu, but definitely ask! The servers are always knowledgeable, in my experience, and can help guide you to something appropriate for you!I have not been "glutened" here!Parking: The parking lot directly in front of the restaurant is small, but every time I visited, there were plenty of spots. The restaurant is in the back of a large shopping/business area, so there is plenty of free parking around, but if it is busy, you may have to park a bit farther.Wheelchair accessibility: There are steps up to the restaurant. Like... more than just a few steps.“
“Food was really good. Atmosphere was casual, decor a bit weird. Prices were ok - not great. Service was not necessarily friendly, but attentive and fast. There was a good amount of parking, but a lot of traffic made the lot hard to navigate.“
“I had dinner here last night. Our waitress overheard me and my friend discussing the safety of my E Bike parked outside. She came over and told me I can bring it inside the restaurant and park it near the door, so I could keep an eye on it. I was very impressed and grateful. I highly recommend this restaurant.“
“Outstanding Thai, especially if you need spicy. We were celebrating multiple life events. The staff was welcoming and anticipated our needs. My only concern was the condition of the restaurant, the ceiling tiles were stained and sagging. Mom reported a sanitary & spotless ladies room.We ordered appetizers. The curry chicken appetizers were wrapped in a delightful flaky crust that melts in your mouth. My son ordered medium heat drunken noodles. The dish was hot, even for chili-phile and spice-iphile in our party! The seafood dish -found on the Pad Thai page -was loaded with shrimp, mussels, squid and scallops for $20! The courses arrived hot, together and quickly. The coconut chocolate chip ice cream was divine. Topped off the meal with Thai coffee and tea. All of this fairly price. All four of took home a doggie bag for a second meal.Parking: Free parking lot in the back of the building periodKid-friendliness: Family friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: the back of the building is not wheelchair accessible. The front is accessible.“
“After reading good reviews, we recently dined at this restaurant and were impressed. The food was perfectly cooked and delicious, with flavors. Moreover, the menu had a wide variety of food options. The drinks were also excellent, and the service was good. The interior was eclectic, with large graphics on the wall, artificial plants, small decorative pieces, and combinations of colors. Overall, we had a satisfying dining experience and would recommend this restaurant to others.Parking: There is a free parking space in front of the building, and it gets packed fast.“
“Just came here for lunch with a coworker and the place was completely empty. I think part of it was because we did come a little early (11:40am-ish), but left at 12:30pm and still no other people ate inside. There were people picking up orders or door-dash deliveries, etc. In any case, we sat down and the service was very fast and courteous. I ordered the Pad See Ewe and it arrived promptly (and super hot too!). The portions were decent and our water was filled once. It was super quiet, so not sure how the vibe is on a Friday or Saturday night. When we paid, the waitress (who I think may have been the owner?) arrived with a ipad where we simply tapped our credit cards and put in a tip. NGL, I like to tip in cash, so I preemptively took out my cash to show the waitress I was not going to forget tipping her, all the while I tapped "no tip" - even though I did tip her! Haha. Overall, a great lunch spot and I will definitely come back here. My only thing I would comment is that there are not a lot of parking spots in front of the restaurant.“
“My husband and I have been coming here for the last 9 years! This is our favorite place. The Sizzling black pepper beef and hot and sour soup is by far my favorite on the menu! The whole menu is delicious and the service is FANTASTIC, the atmosphere is homey and welcoming!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!“
“This is the pricier Thai place in the area. I would just get takeout next time due to strong smell from neighboring nail salon. Staff was friendly but one of Thier phones behind the counter from where we were sitting was ringing for 30 minutes which was distracting to my table.“
“I absolutely love this new Thai place at Harrison Street! I got takeout recently and ordered a handful of items new to me--I particularly enjoyed the "Ped Grob Pad Gra Pow" (or crispy honey duck with basil). I also got some of the classics including Pad Thai which were great. When I arrived for pickup, I was the only one there but a few others arrived also to pickup. It appeared to be a husband-wife-duo running the establishment and they both came out to say hi and were extremely friendly and helpful. I only had to wait a few minutes for a very large order. I will most definitely be going back!“
“First time we tried to come here it was a Friday evening and there was a 30+ min wait. However, there was plenty of seating around 530 on a Tuesday. Nice atmosphere and we found everything to be very worth the price.I am usually not a big fan of tofu, but their fried tofu in the Pad Thai was very tasty. The Khao Soi wasn't my favorite in the area, but it was still very good. Plus, I have found most places give 1 piece of chicken and this place gave double, at a comparable or lower price than the others, so I felt it was well worth it. The Papaya Salad was refreshing and the glaze on the Spicy Catfish was very delicious. Can recommend all those dishes.Service was more than adequate and the food came out quickly. The only minor negative was I found their rice to be a bit soggy/sticky. Not sure if it's supposed to be like that or they just used too much water this time. Overall, I would recommend coming here. Great food at a very reasonable price.“
“I had a light dinner...green salad and curry puffs. The curry puffs melt in your mouth and the salad is almost too beautiful to eat! Excellent service...and speedy since I was on a dinner break from work. I'll definitely dine in again.“
“This is the best Thai restaurant in the United States. I haven't found anything on the menu I don't like. My favorites are the pad kra pow with beef, Tom yum with soft tofu, shrimp cakes, and any of the curries. But nothing compares to the corn cakes. The staff is very friendly and the service is fast. They also are great for carry out.“
“Hands down the best Chinese cuisine I ever had. Got the orange chicken for lunch and it was delicious. Ate every bite. Authentically made and made with love, sweet tangy and savory. And of course the fried rice was delicious. They get a 10/10 from me. I ordered pickup and it was only 15 minutes from the time I placed my order. Very friendly and nice. Might have to get it again for lunch tomorrow!“
“Thai Treasure is a culinary gem that shines brightly in the constellation of local eateries. This isn't just another Thai restaurant; it's a vibrant homage to the rich tapestry of Thai cuisine, served up in a modern setting that's as inviting as a warm smile. With service that makes you feel like royalty, it's no wonder this place has become a treasure trove for those in search of flavors that transport you straight to the heart of Thailand. Our culinary expedition began with the Crab Rangoon, a playful yet sophisticated take on the classic appetizer. The delicately crispy pouches served with a side of sweet & sour sauce were a surprisingly great way to start the meal, much better than what we typically think of. It's a dish that says, "Welcome to flavor town, population: you."Then came the Lava Beef, a dish so sizzling, it could melt even the coldest of hearts. The combination of beef, onion, bell peppers, and pineapple, all lovingly tossed in a honey pepper sauce and kissed by sesame oil, was a sweet and savory ballet that pirouetted right onto our taste buds. It wasn't just hot; it was volcanic, in the best possible way.The journey continued with Pad Kee Mao, also known as Drunken Noodles. This dish, with its wide rice noodles, onion, bell peppers, tomato, and basil, was like a late-night adventure in Bangkok--bold, spicy, and utterly unforgettable. It's the kind of dish that makes you want to dance in the rain, or at least order another round.Speaking of rounds, the Panang Chicken Curry was a knockout. The spicy, rich curry, infused with the zest of kaffir lime and studded with bell peppers and broccoli, was a masterclass in balance and flavor. It was like a hug from an old friend who just happens to be a Thai spice merchant--warm, comforting, and slightly spicy. And let's not forget the cocktails and classic beverages, a liquid odyssey that's as daring as it is delicious. Thai Treasure's beverage menu is a treasure map that leads to bliss, with each drink more inventive and refreshing than the last. It's the perfect complement to a meal that's already overflowing with flavor and fun.In essence, Thai Treasure is more than just a restaurant; it's a celebration of Thai culture, cuisine, and conviviality. With its modern vibe, exceptional service, and a menu that's both adventurous and authentic, it's a place where every meal feels like a fantastic discovery.“
“Came here recently for dinner Saturday night with friends—my first time trying this place and it didn’t disappoint! Service was good and overall food was delicious!Top favorites were: Esaan Pad Thai with Shrimp, Massaman Chicken, Kai Tod Samoon Prai (fried chicken) and Pla Tod Samun Prai Rock Fish—everything was well-flavored! The rock fish was pretty big with lots of meat but lacked enough sauce so it was a bit dry in some parts. Tom Yum Soup with Chicken was really good. Wasn’t a fan of the Esaan Crispy Spring Roll, wasn’t too tasty, probably because there was no meat inside, just veggies.Cocktails were tasty—enjoyed both the Esaantini (infused vodka with fresh lemongrass) and the Esaan Summer (cucumber vodka). And drinks were reasonably priced!“
“I’ve been coming here consistently for the past couple of months. Their menu has a great selection of standard Thai dishes and other dishes that you won’t be able to find anywhere else in NOVA. I’ve tried their curries and noodles and they were great but I love picking from their Street Food Menu. Every time I come here, I try one “normal dish” and two “new” dishes. All of them have been good and very authentic (at least to what I remember from my travels to Thailand).Their seafood is always perfectly cooked. I recommend their calamari appetizer and Hoi Tod (Mussel Pancake). Both are crispy without the seafood being overcooked. The food also comes out quickly and tastes freshly cooked.I don’t know why this place doesn’t have more reviews!! I would recommend Thai Mom for anyone who loves Thai food or is an adventurous eater :)“
“Our favorite Thai restaurant for dine-in and takeout for almost a decade now. Best pad thai and duck curry in Northern Virginia. Also like the papaya salad, drunken noodles, pineapple fried rice, and fried eggplant. Family-friendly place in the neighborhood without the hipness of a D.C. restaurant. Tables and booths under birdcage-looking light fixtures. Good prices and friendly service. Across the street from Giant. Easy parking spaces in front and on the side.Vegetarian options: Almost every dish can be made without meat.Parking: There are always parking spaces in front of along the side.“
“Fantastic hole in the wall right in our back yard. Stumbled on this place last week and then went back 3 days later. The food is incredible, portions generous, prices reasonable and staff is kind. Other places, the Pad Thai is dry but Thai Thai uses a lot of very flavorful sauce on theirs! Clearly run by a family with their own recipes.“
“Ordered on DoorDash and the food was really good. Usually Chinese food is dissapointing in the area but the fried dumplings were flavorful and crisp. The fried rice was good and the Szechuan beef is delish. Also the hot and sour soup was really good.“
“Wow! I was impressed with this Chinese food establishment in McLean. Looking for Chinese style food Yelp again proved its value and the great ratings are well warranted though a bit dated. I generally find Chinese food to be a "craving" rather than a well planned meal but this food was so surprisingly good! Not too much sauce, great looking though sparse fresh vegetables , and noodles not soggy with oil, chicken thst was cooked to perfection. I was really really surprised and pleased. Oh, prices were incredibly reasonable. It's a tiny place with maybe 2 tables so definitely a take out place. Lack of vegetables and small dining area was the minus one star but for Chinese places this is a definite go-to! I'll be back!!“
“I can not describe how much this orange chicken saved my day! It had been a long day and since it was late there weren’t many options. However, I called Bite of Asia 10 minutes before they closed and they were still able to make me an amazing meal in 6 minutes. Truly amazing! Also the gentleman at the front was so kind and welcoming!!“
“Loved the Vegetarian/Tofu panang curry and the cabbage/carrot salad I had for dinner at this place. Their home made chilli flakes was simply out of the world. They were really accommodative when I went to their restaurant at closing time, and still offered great service, allowed me to dine in and waited till I completed my dinner. Would definitely visit this restaurant when I am back in Arlington in the future.“
“Their beef panang curry is the most similar to what I've had in Bangkok. Very tasty, fresh and the green beans actualy work in the dish. I can't wait to try their other curries! We ordered takeout via the phone and they were very attentive and nice!“
“We went here during happy hour on a Tuesday or Wednesday. It wasn't busy at all. Our server was attentive and ensured our order was correct and we had everything we needed! The food was good! Definitely recommend for a sushi happy hour. We got miso soup, house salad, spring rolls and a few sushi rolls. The spring rolls were so hot, fresh and crisp. The rolls were yummy and filling. We will come here again for a good happy hour!“
“We love Thai Tanium -- they are our favorite Thai restaurant in the Gaithersburg / Germantown / Rockville area. We've been ordering their delicious dishes since they opened nearly 20 years ago! The menu has great variety with reasonable prices. The interior decorations are lovely, it always feels peaceful to eat inside. The staff are always friendly and helpful.“
“This Thai restaurant used to be one of our favorites in the area. However, since there are now many good Thai food options in the DMV, it's been a while since our last visit. Nonetheless, we plan to return to dine there soon. The food served at this restaurant is delicious, with well-balanced flavors in each dish. The service is generally decent, and the ambiance is unique, with a waterfall fixture, a small water pond, and stylish lampshades on the ceiling. It feels dim during dinner time and makes the overall ambiance cozy.“
“As a newcomer to the area from New Jersey, stumbling upon this Thai restaurant was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped in, I was transported back to the flavors and aromas of home. The authenticity of the dishes served here is remarkable, reminiscent of the vibrant Thai cuisine I've grown to love. Each bite was a culinary journey, bursting with rich spices and fresh ingredients. The ambiance of the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience, with its warm and inviting atmosphere. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this gem of a restaurant is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Thai cuisine. Thank you for always knowing which wine I like:)“
“My go to Thai restaurant. Have tried majority of the dishes on the menu. Family own restaurant and attentive staff. My favorite dishes include crab fried rice add on pineapples, pad prik fish, and red/green curry variations with different protein.“
“Don't judge a book by its cover! This tiny step-above a take out joint has amazingly tasty food! The Pad See Ew and Lad Na (both beef) were amazing!! As great as I've ever had both!!! The balance of flavors was signature, perfectly cooked noodles, veggies and the beef!! Truly worthy of 5-stars!! As a Fresh Garden Roll and Satay purist, I miss a good thick peanut sauce. But the rolls were otherwise big and tasty! The Thai Spring rolls were great too!! Come hungry and enjoy!!“
“Our server Lexy really made our team dinner experience special. She was so intuitive about people's tastes and made perfect suggestions. We ended up ordering all of her suggestions and were not disappointed! She gave suggestions based on her on experience. She was even so nice when it came to customization and sides. Highly recommend the Anolini and truffle garlic bread. The hot chili oil is the best I've ever had! The deserts were really good. Very decadent. The ambiance is very upscale. Good for groups, dates or work dinners. The kitchen is behind a pane of glass and you can see them in action while you eat. Wonderful experience overall.“
“Service was excellent. A little overcrowded but it felt comfy being with my niche. Food was a delight and great to explore (I shared with my family member). Waiters and waitresses were a little distant in interaction like an air of laissez-faire but it was to give you room to be with your fellow mates. Personally, I have to say I am biased because Thai food is one of my favorites. I recommend getting the Pad Thai and Thai iced tea.“
“Store front Chinese restaurant with enough seating for lunch, but primarily a take-out restaurant. Old lunch stop - food is ready fairly quickly. There’s a few indoor tables and a small counter by the i Dow so you can look out at traffic while you eat. Also about a block north on the opposite side of Wisconsin, there’s a small pocket park with some small bistro sized tables and chairs if you want to get the food to go and catch some fresh air.I ordered the kung pao chicken lunch special, which came with a mall spring roll. The rice and Jung pao filled large paper plate full. Rice choices were white, fried, brown ($1 extra). I appreciated the kung pao with savory but not overtly spicy sauce, plenty of chicken and a generous mix of o vegetables, nice pieces of zucchini, carrots, green pepper and mushrooms.Good lunch! $15.45 including generic bottle of water.“
“Eatthai has delicious Thai food for dining in or carry out, especially their curries! The manager and employees are very pleasant and helpful. I accidentally ordered my food through Doordash and was charged more for it. The manager showed me how to avoid that in the future, and he went out of his way to make sure my order was what I wanted!“
“Takeout review!!! This was delicious! I can't believe I waited so long to try it.. very large portion of spicy fried rice, great flavor, perfect chicken, they added extra broccoli for me with no added charge. The spring rolls were delicious too!! I also highly recommend the Thai tea, it was tasty, ice cold, and also very good portion size. All in all great first experience and definitely will be back :)“
“This is our favorite Thai restaurant in N. Arlington. There is nothing that we have tried that we did not like. Delivery is easy and the food always arrives warm. Our favorites: Gai Klur Fried rice with small morsels of fried chicken, Chicken with Basil, Eggplant with beef in Black Bean sauce, Drunken Noodles with pork, Pad Si Ew with chicken, Panang Curry,“
“Wow - This is definitely a notch above the other Thai restaurants in the area. The layout of the menu is perfect for meat eaters and vegetarians. There are 2 fresh beers on draft. Also, the service is stellar - they remember their regulars and the place feels like an upscale family owned and operated restaurant. I would say the drunken noodles are amazing, but after trying several dishes, pretty much everything is great on the menu and the taste really varies between dishes. This place is a hit.“
