My last two experiences were bad. I ordered a blizzard and chicken strip basket at the drive through, got the blizzard and was asked to pull to the front to wait for my food. Waited 40 minutes before someone came out and asked what I was waiting for. The store had closed while I was waiting. She apologized, brought my order out, and gave me a card for a free chicken strip basket next time. I was happy with how the situation was resolved. Initially the service was good. The young lady behind the counter took our order within five minutes. Unfortunately that same young lady had the responsibility of bringing our orders to us. Well a large group came in a few minutes after us, and she got stuck taking their orders. On the other side of the counter (drive thru), four her co-workers were just hanging out.
