Total garbage. No one even acknowledged my husband who was standing at the register for 20 minutes waiting for an online order that should have been ready when we arrived. He kept trying to make eye contact with them and.....nothing..... Our food was apparently ready and sitting on a shelf behind the register but no one bothered to put it out, so when we got it it was cold.There was a line wrapped around the store and it was very disorganized and messy. Updated:This place has continued to decline in customer service and overall service. Tonight I placed an order for picked on the app which was not ready at the time selected. I’m always ok with a few minutes delay but 25 minutes is unacceptable. Not only was it not ready when it was promised but when it was ready it was never placed on the pickup shelf. My Husband had to ask for the order then he was given the bag. That was not even the worse after waiting that long the order...read full review
