I was generous with the rating. Customer service here is trash, save your time and money and take it elsewhere. The staff isn't willing to take orders over the phone, let alone answer it when you request the prompt to place a new order and also when requesting to speak to management. If you do get through to the call center, by stroke of luck, your order will most likely arrive over cooked and or with missing toppings and often times it won't be what you've ordered. I ordered two cinnamon apart and apparently I waited five hours for my food and it never came I’m never ordering at this Papa John’s ever again.I wouldn’t get them any stars at all there bad at there jobI’m telling u guys don’t go there and don’t order there plz save ur money

This restaurant should just be closed! They're swindlers. They never delivered my pizza and instead just marked it as Delivered after a couple of hours. So I called the..multiple times and they would just disconnect the line. So I called the main Papa John's number and they tried reaching the store, but to no avail. I submitted a complaint on the website, but they're saying they can't process a refund until the store manager requests it. So I'm back to the store not picking up...read full review
