“Love coming here for cheap beer and a little fun! My boyfriend and I were recommended to come to this place for the longest time. Yesterday we finally gave it a shot. We parked in their large parking lot and walked right in. It doesn't look like much from the front, but when you enter, there's a lot going in. It's definitely a hole-in-the-wall sports bar. Different games were playing in the TVs and the decor is very authentic. It will remind you of your Uncle's house who used to play professional sports back in the day. Our bartender, Rachel was very attentive and made sure our beers were never empty. They also have an ATM machine to pull out money to play billiards and darts. The foot traffic was crazy and it got pretty crowded when we were about to leave. It's definitely a hangout spot for the locals and they are very welcoming to new comers!“

The menu is wonderful & everything was fresh. I ordered the Steak tacos & they were fabulous! Make sure to ask for a side of the cilantro dip, it was my favorite! & the corn dip ???? the owner gave my mom a slice of key lime pie & it was easily the best key lime pie i’ve ever had! “Had been a while, maybe a couple of years, since I'd been, but I definitely won't make that mistake again. Every single thing ordered was on point. Sleepy little gem in Sanford serving elevated takes on Southern favorites. Came for a late dinner (9 p.m.) and ordered our way through small plates tapas style. Every single thing was lovingly and expertly prepared. One incredible standout was the Tomato Mac. When it was brought to the table, I thought it looked like it would be a little bland and watery, but OMG, the flavors and texture in this dish were incredible - a sweet and savory delight. Another standout was the chicken liver mousse. Chef's kiss! Also worked our way through hoecakes and the sticky ribs - the meat of which just fell off the bone. They were expertly trimmed and the Asian inspired glaze was to die for. Also sampled the cheddar jalapeno biscuits and the mushroom angolotti - all delicious. For dessert (all made in house), the cornmeal pie was to die for. Also had the smoked salted caramel ice cream, which was quite unique and inventive, as were the biscuits and chocolate "gravy."Even though the staff and kitchen were surely ready to wind down close to closing, we received excellent and gracious service and everything continued to be executed with great care and skill.I will definitely be sure to visit much more often! We were seated promptly upon arrival at (2) different tables (one for the girls, one for the Moms- as we requested). The service was excellent and the food was even better! I don’t typically order burgers, but I ordered the Smokehouse burger and TBH, I am wishing I could have another one tonight! Everything was absolutely delicious….everyone LOVED their meals. “What a pleasurable experience! First as smoker I appreciate the fact that you are allowed to smoke on the outside. I had the shrimp and grits it was AMAZING. You had choice of sides but very limited and nothing that really went with the shrimp and grits so I got fries. The wait staff was really nice. I would totally return again. “SBC is our go-to stop for lunch and a growler refill when we fly into Sanford; we've come to expect really good food and service which is what keeps us coming back. Our most recent stop was on Thursday and our server was Chris. The bar has been set high in the past, but Chris was exceptional. He chatted a little, checked in with us regularly, and was always working. Without exception, just when we would think we were ready for something, he was magically right there on the spot. Very impressive and worth noting. We had the pretzel bites and grilled mahi sandwich. Food was really good as usual, but the service was especially worthy of a shoutout.“
