“What a wonderful and unexpected find on our road trip! Authentic Cuban food and is was truly delicious. The owners go above and beyond to ensure your visit is a positive one. The sandwiches were hearty, the cafe con leche was made with steaming hit milk and the darkest of coffees- just what we needed to continue our trip. And to top it off, Cuban music was playing in the background, bringing back childhood memories. We'll definitely go back! .”

Delicious soft pretzel (I'm a Philly native, so we are fussy about our pretzels?), the wings and fries were all delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend trying this restaurant.”

“We just moved to the area and Marcos is the closest pizza restaurant so we decided to give it a try, and they did not disappoint! The online process to order was seamless, with tons of discounted options available and up to date notifications for when your order is ready. When we picked up our order, the inside atmosphere was very clean, friendly and just get very homey. It reminded me of my mother in laws pizza shop in Arizona it felt so cozy! We ordered the cheesy bread and pepperoni pizza. The food was very delicious! The temperature, sauce, and toppings were all perfect. They evenly distributed everything throughout the order and it wasn’t too saucy, just the right amount. We’ve tried a lot of pizza places around town but Marcos is definitely a top contender! I can say for certain this will become our new pizza shop, so delicious!”

“My wife and I were shopping in Bartow this afternoon, and had lunch at Tua's (as my wife had read a number of excellent reviews on the food and service). This is a family owned and run restaurant that is very clean, and offers a good selection of Italian foods.My wife had their house salad with chicken, and I had their sausage, peppers & onions dish. Both were excellent, and tasty.They mentioned that expanded gluten free dishes will soon be added to their menu, and as well pizzas. This restaurant is well worth checking out, if you enjoy fresh quality Italian food.”

“Best Mexican food in Bartow, maybe even Polk County. The staff are super friendly and they never disappoint. The closest thing to the Mexican food I ate in Los Angeles. Very authentic, even the tortillas are hand made. I eat there usually like twice a week. It's so good!!!!”

“The food and drinks were amazing! We ordered a burger, the catfish dinners, and an appetizer with these chips and BBQ pork on them, and they were phenomenal! Not to mention, our bartender Barry was pretty great with his dry sense of humor and great attention to detail. The owner, Carrie, came out and spoke with our group and showed us the place, and shared all the history of the building. They helped save this building from being torn down it's one of the oldest two story buildings left in Bartow. Definitely recommend!”

“Great place for tasty beer in the small town of Bartow. Got its name from the building that used to house the Polk County Democrat newspaper. Food is provided from a food truck or bring in your own. Definitely will be back.”

“OMG... OUR NEW BBQ CHOICE!!! Travelled from Sebring, twice, Friday had pulled pork sandwiches with a sweet tangy mustardy sauce that was delicious! Then Sunday, had the ribs with gravy... also delicious! The sides were candied yams and cornbread dressing. I will be there every weekend for more. You should try it, too!”
