“The name lets you know what to expect. The beer selection was okay. I opted for the green 'gansett for St Patrick's day. A little heavy on the green. Second beer was an IPA. Both had massive heads. Service was decent, Delaney was there every time we needed her. We each ordered a wrap: Barbie for her, mahi for me. The mahi wrap was on the small side. My small order of fries, however, was enormous. And tasty. It's a sports bar, so decor consists of TVs tuned to baseball, golf, basketball, etc. All in all, a pretty good choice and only 0.3 miles from our hotel.“

“I was told to come here and try the burgers. Not disappointed. Good char. Good temp on the meat as requested. Good portion size. Good value. Great staff. It's a good cross between a sports bar and a dive bar. The burgers, only thing we tried, elevated beyond expectations. I will definitely come back. The tacky bathroom (cut up old kegs for urinals) is an understandable attempt at being unique. Unfortunately that's a fail. I would recommend that they concentrate on what they do well, and neaten up the decor. This place could be awesome.“
“We enjoy going to Central Tavern to relax and have a few beverages. We love that it is in the middle of downtown with inside and outside seating. Football has been a lot more fun this year with some awesome snacks supplied by the awesome and very friendly staff. We have lots of fun.! “Really appreciated how clean it was and saw waitresses keeping up with it, as a previous waitress I notice a lot of things others wouldn’t. Staff wasn’t very chatty and outgoing but average and did all the steps of service. Huge praise to the cooks my food was very fresh and delicious and not mushy like some takeout can be from the condensation in the box. Definitely one of the top beefs I’ve visited!“
“The staff are so nice here and I enjoy meeting clients here for home consultations. Recently I met a client to discuss building a tiny house for her mother. The food was yummy - I had my favorite fried pickles and a salad. My client had a delicious flat bread. The servers were attentive but didn’t hover too much during our meeting. “Came here with my husband and the kids. First time we’ve been to a wing house. Everything was delicious the wings were the best wings I’ve ever had and they were running a 20 wings for 20$ special I believe it’s every Saturday and Sunday. I had the mild wings with a sweet rub I forgot the name but man they were good. Our server Aaron was amazing! Answered all my question and told us about the special def will be back.“
“I went here with my brother and his wife for dinner and it was great. Our server Ray made sure we were taken care of, great customer service. The $10 sirloin special was great, crazy that it was better than a steak I had from Longhorn earlier this week! Drink specials were also good, overall great experience.“
“We had such a good experience at this Beef's location. Far better than any other we've been to! We were promptly and kindly greeted at the door. The restaurant was very clean and smelled good. The music was on a good station with some millenial jams (!!) and was at a good volume. The host even opened the door for us. He let us know the specials before we got to the table. Our server, Lexi, was prompt, kind, and very attentive. She proactively refilled drinks when they got to about 25% and didn't seem bothered that we needed more time to figure out what to order. In a time where service has really degraded everywhere, this was a fantastic experience where the staff seems to actually care that you're there and want they want to do a good job. Totally impressed. We'll definitely be back even though this isn't the closest Beef's to us!“

“This restaurant is located at the Bartow golf course. We eat lunch there almost every week after playing. Service is outstanding. Food portions are generous. The club sandwich is HUGE. Rating would have been higher except they tend to run out of items. Last week, a number of our group wanted rubin sandwiches, but they were all out. Same with sandwich wraps. Overall, a very good restaurant.“
